Termination of beta adrenergic signaling pathway:

1. Epinepherine concentration is lowered.2. GAP activity of Gs alpha (GTP converted to GDP)3. cAMP phosphodiesterase4. Phosphorylation of beta-adrenergic receptor

-kinase is beta-adrenergic receptor kinase(BARK)-also known as G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2

5. Association of phosphorylated beta-adrenergic receptor with arrestin. This is followed by receptor endocytosis.
