CheckMate Equipment Manager for Law Enforcement was developed for those Agencies who want to reduce the loss of gear and save time tracking down which piece of equipment is checked out to which officer. The software uses fast and accurate barcode technology to track who checked out the equip- ment, when it is due back, and whether it needs maintenance. CheckMate will also keep track of the inventory of consumables such as masks, gloves, and handcuffs. A minimum/maximum level can be set for these items, and a reorder/replenishment report can be run at intervals. The software keeps track of required maintenance on items such as radar guns, mace and vests, assuring that all gear is safe and ready for use. Equipment Tracking Check equipment in/out to a person, location, vehicle—anything that is set up with a “badge”. Track critical items and schedule maintenance. Account for consumables, set min/max levels and replenish from Stockroom inventory.
Document Tracking Track the movement of files, manuals and other documents from person or location to the next. Reserve documents, print overdue reports. Document tracking will inventory archived documents—their box/shelf/pallet—for easy retrieval.
Stockroom Inventory Control Keep track of inventory items in multiple locations. Set min/max levels and print reorder reports. Stock-room allows multiple units of measure, handles multipliers (bring in by the case and use by the each), and is very flexible in its use of part numbers and descriptions. Take full inventory counts or cycle counts using the efficient barcode technology and portable terminals. The Stockroom database is shared by Equipment Tracking for easy transfer.
