Pathable FAQs• How long does it take to build and deploy a Pathable site?

– Typical time from contract to launch is ~2 weeks, including client review and iteration.• Who owns the data?

– You, the customer, own the data. Pathable hosts it for you on our secure servers.• How long does the site stay live?

– Typically, a Pathable site is launched 2 - 3 months prior to the event itself and continues to live for 1 year following. However, many companies use Pathable for year-round membership communities, as well.

• How does the data get into the system?– Pathable creates a live connection to your registration system, so that as soon as someone registers,

they automatically have an account in Pathable. – You may import lists from spreadsheet or enter individuals manually. – Attendees, speakers and exhibitors may customize their own personal and company profiles.

• How does Pathable work over multiple events and beyond just events?– Attendees re-use their profiles from event to event: same username and password, all their data is

saved. – You may also create Pathable community sites that are not tied to a particular event (i.e., a “year-

round community”). These communities can live stand-alone or can have event-specific communities within them.

• Does Pathable work internationally?– Yes, Pathable sites can be deployed in 27 different languages.

• Is Pathable an “app”?• Pathable is an integrated platform including desktop web, native app and HTML5 mobile web app.
