1. Flight Timings for members opting for travelling option will be as under :

3. The Pick Up facility is available from Hyderabad Airport and Railway Station for Leonia  details of which is as follows :   

a. Tentative Pick up 1  from Hyderabad Airport: will  start at 9.00 a.m.  from Hyderabad Airport  (Subject  to Enrollments & Feasibility) 

 b. Pick up 2 from Hyderabad Airport: will start at 11.30 a.m. from Hyderabad Airport 

 c. Pick up 1 from Secunderabad JN Railway Station: will start 12.00 p.m. from Secunderabad Station (Subject  

to Enrollments & Feasibility)  

4. The Drop facility is available from Leonia  to Hyderabad Airport and Railway Station details of which is as follows :   

a. Drop 1 to Hyderabad Airport: will start at 03.30 p.m.  from Leonia  Holistic Destination  b. Drop 1 to Hyderabad Decan Railway Station: will start at 03.30 p.m. from Leonia Holistic Desination  

5. The said pick up & drop timings are subject to modification based on enrollments & travelling details as received from members  for  the  convenience of majority of members. Core  committee  reserves  the  right  to  change  the same & the same will be communicated to members well in advance.  

6. Those Members who are not opting  for travel option  i.e. those who are opting  for Ex Hyderabad option are requested to book the ticket taking care of above pickup & Drop timings. 

7. Distance between airport & Leonia Holistic Destination is approximately of 2.00 hours & one should reach the airport well in advance so as to complete Check in, Security & other formalities, so members are requested to take the due care of same before making any flight bookings. 

8. Those members who are coming from any other flights or trains which  in not convenient according to above pickup &  drop  timings  are  requested  to  reach  directly  at  Leonia  Holistic  Destination  at  their  own  cost  at reporting time i.e. 1.00 p.m. & study circle will not be arranging any alternative facility for them. 

9. Ex Hyderabad Enrollment Fees Includes : 

a. Accommodation for 3 nights & 4 days in 5* Leonia hotel (OH‐BIZ/LICEC) b. Full Education with Entertainment for updating knowledge on Income Tax & Goods and Service Tax(GST) c. 3 breakfast, 3  lunches (Excluding Lunch at Ramoji), 3 dinners at Hotel d. Ramoji entry ticket with Lunch e. 2 Times tea/coffee with cookies f. Pre Scheduled Pick up & Drop from Airport & Railway station as per timings as mentioned above g. Bus travelling for city tour. h. It excludes any entry fees that member might have to Pay to visit any Gardens / Monuments

 11. Tentative  Schedule  of  the  said  RRC  is  attached  herewith  for  reference  of  the Member.  The  said  schedule  is 

subject to change as per circumstances & Core committee reserves all the rights to change the said schedule as per convenience of group. The Final Schedule will be circulated to members alongwith Paper well in advance
