FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Barbara Driscoll of Norco, CA is Lucy in USD Alcala Park

Players production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. 11 There

will be performances April 2 and 3 at 8 PM and April 4 at 2:30 PM

in Camino Theatre. -Tickets are $1.00 and available at the door

prior to each performance.

Driscoll, a sophomore at the University of San Diego, is

a biology major. She is interested in the theater as a hobby, but

plans to be an ethologist.

The cast includes Jim Mercado as Charlie Brown, Pam Lasker

as Snoopy. Jay La Rocca as Schroeder, Ken Riolo as Linus, and

Regina Francuz as Patty.

Guest director is Kevin Howard Barker, a senior at San Diego

State University, who is a drama consultant for the San Diego City

Schools and instructor at San Diego Junior Theatre.

Assistant director, Sandy Tinker, has been active with

Starlight Opera and San Diego J.unior Theatre.

Lighting is under the supervision of Mark McCormick .

production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." There will be

Mercado is a graduate of Fontana High School where he was

on the Student Council and a member of the A Cappella Choir,

Madrigals, Thespians and participated in four operettas Bye, Bye

Birdie, Camelot, My Fair Lady, and Finnian's Rainbow. Mercado is

a Freshman at the University of San Diego.
