A Cinderella story-Characters

Cinderella-

Her character is very natural, she thinks most things in life is a blessing. She is shown to be the un-popular girl, who no one barely notices apart from the bullies. She works in her fathers Dina, and has to work there- as she is treated like a slave. But she has so much potential as she is offered a place in Uni. She falls in love with a popular guy... Which the causes conflicts with other social groups.

Prince charming-

He is known as the popular male, who is a footballer, a jock. He’s confident but is shown to be more quiet, which in this case doesn't go with in the stereotypes of jocks. He is also smart, and he has a sort of double life.

Ugly step sisters-

These two characters are every strong and they are seen to be the side people who just comment. They try to be popular; even if they are rich. Yet somehow being rich dose not make them popular. All they want is hot guys and money.

Step mum-

Goby step mum is a very feisty, bosses people around. She’s only rich because she took the will of Sam's dad. She treats her step daughter like a slave and only thinks of her self.

Gordon-

He is friend’s with Sam. He's a loyal friend that helps Sam, with her love life and her social life. He’s shown to be a geek- mise-en-scene portrays this. He’s trust worthy and tries to have a more popular life, but then is considered as an outcast.

Popular girls-

The main popular girl is the one in the middle, and the other two are shown to be side-kicks. This is obvious as the middle one is most bossy and also considered to be the richest. They are all mouth and are dressed slutty- They are cheerleaders- another way to show that they are popular. The middle blonde, dates the jock, but not at the end.

Rhonda

Her character is helpful, she knew Sam her whole life and tries to help her in everyway possible. She tries to put up with the step mum- as she works for her. She stands up for herself and helps Sam get ready for prom and helps her get rid of her step-mum.
