1. Vacancy in the Office of the President at the beginning of his termIf the President-elect fails to qualify, the Vice President-elect shall act as President

If the President-elect shall not have been chosen, the Vice President-elect shall act as President

1. Vacancy in the Office of the President at the beginning of his termc. If the President-elect shall have died or have been permanently disabled, the Vice President-elect shall become President.

d. No President and Vice President, the President of the Senate if enable, the Speaker of the House of representatives shall act as President.

2. Vacancy in the Office of the President during his termThe Vice President will become President to serve for the unexpired term.

3. Vacancy in the Office of the Vice PresidentAt the beginning of his term, it is the Senate President or Speaker shall act.

During the term, the President shall nominate a Vice President to serve for the unexpired terms from the member of Senate or House of Representatives.4. When the Vice President shall become PresidentAs the second highest official in the Executive Department, it naturally follows that he is the constitutional successor.

RULES:

At the beginning of the term, the President elect shall have died become permanently disabled

In case of death, permanent disability, removal from office and resignation of the President during his term.SNAP ELECTION (SNAP) FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENTChapter X

SNAP FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENTIn case of vacancy 10 a.m. on the 3rd day following the vacancy, the Congress shall convene.After convening within 7 days the law shall be enacted calling for a SNAP.Election must be held within 45-60 days from time of call.No SNAP shall be called 18 months before the next presidential election.DECLARATON ON THE INABILITY OF THE PRESIDENT TO DISCHARGE THE OFFICEChapter X

DECLARATON ON THE INABILITY OF THE PRESIDENT TO DISCHARGE THE OFFICEAbility to discharge duties and obligations of his office.

However,Transmit a written declaration to this effect to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Made manifest by members of the Cabinet.

STATE OF HEALTH OF THE PRESIDENTThe public shall be informed of the sate of his health.

Shall not denied access:- members of the Cabinet in charge of national security and foreign relation- Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
