Job Satisfaction – A collection of feelings and beliefs that

managers have about their current jobs– Dimensions include the work, supervision,

pay, promotion opportunities, and coworkers

Organizational Citizenship Behavior– Behavior that is above and beyond duty– Related to job satisfaction
