The Customer Service Representative (CSR) portal allows you to access information about users, including customers, providers, and group leaders. Through the portal, you can view a customer’s benefit information and send secure messages to users. Customer Service Representative Tip Sheet From the CSR portal, you can change a user’s password. Select the Customer Service Rep Admin drop-down, and then select Change User Password. 1 Enter the user’s ID and new password, and confirm the new password.
