Teams

The work of the congregation is carried out by Teams, each organized for a particular ministry of the church. Team Leaders are members of the congregation, and represent their Teams at Leadership Council where the programming of the church takes place. There is networking, and the members hold themselves to the vision and mission of the congregation. A Team continues as long as there is work for it to do; and

new Teams may form as the need arises.
