Parent Helpers Thankyou Morning Tea

There will never really be enough words to thank all of the parents, grandparents and friends who help the

students and teachers at our school. So much support has been generously given through School Council,

Parent Club, helping with School Banking, helping with sporting activities and swimming, gardening,

kitchen, and the list could goes on.

It would be wonderful if all our helpers would accept our invitation to attend the special morning tea we

have planned for Wednesday 4th December. It’s our way of showing our appreciation for your magnificent

support for our students, teachers and school. For catering purposes, if you are able to attend our Parent

Helper’s Thankyou Morning Tea, please accept the invitation via Compass by Friday 29th November.

Casual Dress Day – Tuesday 26th November

Parent Club are holding a Casual Dress Day on Tuesday 26th November.

Children are asked to take part in casual dress and bring along an item (one item per family)

that can be used to enhance the Parent Club Christmas Hamper Special Efforts.

Items can include: candles, Christmas decorations, box of chocolates, mince pies, plum

puddings, shortbread biscuits or anything you think would be great in a hamper.

Please ensure that items are new and within the used by date.

All items donated will go into creating hampers that will be raffled during the Concert under the Oaks.

Prep and Year 6 Transition Day - Tuesday 10th December

On Tuesday 10th December, we will be holding our final Prep Transition session for the year. The children

will be starting off with a BBQ with their Buddies, followed by fun games and activities. We look forward

to seeing our new Chalcot family members Tuesday 10th December at 2.00pm.

As part of the Department of Education’s Transition Program, our Year 6 students will be visiting their

new Secondary Schools. Year 6 students are not required to attend Chalcot Lodge Primary School on this

day. If your child has already taken part in their formal Secondary School transition day, they are still not

required to attend school on this day.

2020 Curriculum Contributions can now be paid via Compass. Please contact the office if you did not

receive your child’s booklist or would like to make alternative arrangements for payment. All students
