Slide to a new seating experience.A new fixed seating solution that provides comfort, safety and an organized appearance. The idea for a tracked chair was developed more than 20 years ago. In 1991, Josef Trendelkamp invented Chairtracks to solve a problem for the German Parliament during the German reunification. The problem was that more members needed to fit into the existing parliament yet evacuation aisles had to remain free. In order to work with the available space, the idea of a tracked chair was born so that more chairs could fit comfortably in the same space. Chairtracks thus became the original solution that still functions today in the German Parliament.Today, Chairtracks are successfully installed in auditoriums, parliaments and conference rooms worldwide. They enable clear, flexible and barrier free design planning; enhanced safety considera-tions and most importantly a comfortable seating experience. Chairtracks currently offer these out-standing attributes and our engineers continue to design options and functions that will delight our customers and enhance their applications. That is the strength of an original from Trendelkamp.

Fixed chairs yet great seating comfort: Yes, it is possible to have both qualities. Our Chairtracks slide gently on a track back and forth. After leaving the chair, the Chairtracks slide automatically back to the home position. The internal retracting mechanism can vary depending on the application so we can offer the right solution for each application. Chairtracks are patented by Trendelkamp and they are a focal point in an auditorium by providing: uniform appearance, easy maintenance and secured escape routes.

Trendelkamp can offer a complete turn-key solution for the en-tire project, from manufacturing through installation. We can apply final floor coverings made from various materials, such as wood, carpet or access flooring.

The right Table.We think beyond chairs and can offer you tables and table arrangements that fulfill your needs.

We design auditoriums that can be easily accessed by foot or wheelchair. Trendelkamp has developed several innovative products for meeting the challenge of access for all. Our dual channel Chairtracks is one of them. The chair receptacle is easy to remove and the narrow channel width is of no concern to wheelchairs, crutches or high heals. Our unique stair conversion system can turn into a ramp and allows everybody to enter each level of the auditorium via the same route. Our compact crane systems that can be hidden in the ground grant you access to any location of the ceiling. All that is possible by simply a push of a button.
