Sixty years ago, six sisters under the leadership of Sr. M. Cornelia Blasko arrived in Mountain View on a mission to bring compassionate care to our community. The Daughters of St. Francis joined in partnership with the Sisters of Mercy, and today we celebrate not only the 60 years of the Daughters of St. Francis, but also the 125 years of the Sisters of Mercy in the Ozarks. Thanks to generous contributions from friends and neighbors in 2016, we saw important progress in Mountain View: • The opening of a new Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Room, thanks to our generous Auxilians. • Enhancements to our Emergency Department, thanks to an anonymous donor. • The introduction of telemedicine services for heart care. A most sincere thanks for your support the last 60 years. As we launch our campaign for upgraded defibrillators, we know we can count on the generosity of our community to carry us forward another 60 years. People throughout the Mountain View area rely on Mercy for exceptional health care in a faith-based environment. Mercy is dedicated to providing the most advanced medical technologies and health care services available. That dedication and our commitment to provide care to all who need it, regardless of their ability to pay, means Mercy Health Foundation must rally community support to keep your trusted hospital strong. The community’s health depends on it. Mercy Health Foundation Mountain View is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and is dependent on the gifts and support of generous individuals, caring corporations and foundations. Your gifts help meet the health care needs of local residents— and all money raised stays in our community. 4 | Mercy Health Foundation Mountain View | 2016 Annual Report $10,000 – $40,000 Anonymous Mercy St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary $1,000 – $4,999 Dr. Jerald and Mrs. Sue Chaffin Dr. Jon and Mrs. Suellen Roberts $500 – $999 Community Bank, NA Mr. Keith and Mrs. Debra David Mr. Jon Dewick ILC Resources Ms. Deborah Myers Ms. Kimberly Warren Ms. Mary Jo Woodruff $250 – $499 Mr. Randy Berner Ms. Mary Clark Ms. Karla Daffron Ms. Christy Harris Mrs. Heidi Harris Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Ms. Angela Popken Ms. Cynthia Tooley A Special Thanks to Our Donors Mercy Health Foundation Mountain View is grateful for the support of the following individuals, organizations and corporations for their generous gifts of $100 or more received July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016.
