something you know is wrong , or it can make you correct a situation that has already happened.

Sometimes people feel guilty for something they didn’t cause- like a family issue.

Shame-This is different from guilt because

it focuses on the person rather than the action.

Shame can lower self-esteem. Feeling shame can also make a person less likely try to correct the bad situation.
