“影汇之星”耸立于澳门路氹城新濠影滙两栋融合装饰派艺术及葛

咸市风格的酒店大楼之中心位置，离地130米高，旅客甫登上三楼入

口大堂，便可展开令人难忘的摩天轮之旅。另一个惊喜是设于23层

楼高、以工业革命为题材的摩天轮上落客平台。“影汇之星”设有

17个以复古科幻为主题的车厢，每个最多可承载10名乘客，车厢会

沿着“8”字型路轨运行，展开逾15分钟的兴奋体验。这个前所未有

的设施是由列支敦斯登的世界级团队Intamin Amusement Rides Int. Corp. 设计及负责工程项目，该公司以创造多个新颖刺激的游乐设施

名扬国际。

新濠博亚娱乐联席主席兼行政总裁何猷龙先生表示，“影汇之星”以

荷里活经典巨片之场景为设计概念，恍如有两颗炽热行星一同坠落，

并在大楼外墙铸下一个近乎完美的“8”字，形成“影汇之星”与别

bright colors are associated with bliss and dark colors depression, which is a common perception

of color. However, scrutinizing the use of color, brush, and shading on the works of famous artist Mr. Choi Su-weng in Macau, you will be inspired with a state of mind, and triggered to rethink all that is familiar to you.Mr. Choi, with over twenty years of experience in oil painting, brings a total of 16 oil paintings created in recent years to this exhibition. These works are rich in colorific elements, including tones, overriding, and interlacing, creating tenseness, lightness, tightness, and looseness. Mr. Choi said, “The topic of this exhibition is ‘images for thoughts’, all the exhibited works are created instinctively. Inspirations flow to and from subconscious and conscious minds. Instead of purposely expressing an idea, I hope the audience could introspect their lives through my works. You harvest directly from what you see and what you think, just as I would fine tune my works at different stages.”

明亮的颜色使人心情舒畅，深沉的颜色令人低

落，这是人们普遍对颜色的基本认知，然而跟

随着澳门著名画家蔡树荣老师油画作品中每一笔色彩

的浓淡、刚柔技巧，你看到的将不再是单纯的色彩，

更是一种心境，并且引发你反思身边的一切。

研习油画已有二十多年的蔡树荣老师这次带来的《观

想─蔡树荣油画展》一共展出了他近年创作的16幅油

画作品，画作由丰富的色彩元素，有冷调的，有温暖

的，也有梦幻的等不同色彩的重迭、浓淡、疏密交织

而成。你也许从油画中找不到实际的具像，但却能从

变化的色彩中引发对生活的思考，哪一抺色代表着当

时的心境，看似虚无却又实在。蔡老师表示“这次展

览的主题是‘观想’，所有展出的作品都是随心创作

而成，从无意到有意，有意到无意，每一幅都反映出

创作时的心境。我不会刻意想要表达出一种思想，而

是希望观者在透过我的作品能反观生活，你看到是什

么就是什么，都是你的感悟，就像我在不同时期会对

作品作出不同的微调一样。”

多年前吃过广州丽思卡尔顿酒店内的精致高级粤

菜“丽轩”出品，一试难忘，最近这个品牌也

随着澳门丽思卡尔顿酒店的落成成功进驻澳门，坐拥

51楼无敌景致的澳门“丽轩”是全澳门最高楼层的中

餐厅。

丽轩环境优雅，有五个高贵的私人厢房，气派非凡，

适合商务聚餐或是宴请亲朋，硕大的落地大窗将整个

澳门银河美景尽收眼底，天气好的时候来，还能看到

大片大片的“澳门蓝”。丽轩总厨傅文彪，曾为香港

丽思卡尔顿酒店天龙轩勇夺米其林二星美誉，丽轩是

他首次独力主理的餐厅。Cguide必须特别推荐这里的

几款点心，包括至尊双筍虾饺(MOP86)和安虾鸡粒咸

水角(MOP68)，非常传统却是一下就吃出了高下的

经典之作。至于师傅的招牌菜，不得不尝试“丽轩特

色梅菜扣腩肉，MOP118”，选用上等荷兰猪腩肉，

涂上酱油砍件，再高温炸得清香，容易入口。不止这

样，还要再用玫瑰露、南乳、糖等轻轻腌制，蒸两个

半小时！最后还得放冰箱冷藏，第二天才给客人品

尝。这么匠心独运的美食，你又岂能错过?

匠心粤菜——丽轩Delicate cantonese cuisine – Lai Heen

The delicate and fancy Cantonese cuisine presented by “Lai Heen” of the Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou years

ago left me an indelible memory. Recently this brand has expanded to Macau along with the opening of the Ritz-Carlton Macau. This highest Chinese restaurant in Macau – located on the 51st floor of the all-suite hotel - offers unparalleled scenery.Decorated finely with five impressive and noble private dining rooms, Lai Heen is perfect for business or pleasure. Through the giant arch window comes the splendid panorama of Galaxy Macau and the vast clear blue sky. Lai Heen is specially meaningful to head chef Fu Man-piu, who has served at and won two Michelin stars for the Hong Kong property’s Tin Lung Heen, for it is his first chance leading a restaurant. Cguide recommends a few dim sum dishes, including Steamed golden shrimp dumplings with Bamboo shoots and asparagus (MOP86) and Deep-fried glutinous rice dumplings with minced chicken and shrimp (MOP68), both traditional yet convincingly classic. As for the signature dishes, Chef’s Special braised pork belly with preserved vegetable (MOP118) is a must-try!

导航》这期正式三周岁了，无论你是老读者还是新读者，都请跟着我

们的脚步，来回顾一下这三年来我们做过的一些有趣的活动和专题

吧！

一切从街拍开始很早以前，《新澳门导航》就有了澳门独特的街拍栏目，为大家搜罗

城中穿着“型格”的人抓拍，后来我们把它发扬光大成为一个杂志宣

传的活动，邀请我们杂志的亲善大使举起印有杂志封面框架的牌子，

到喷水池一带游人密集区和游客读者进行亲密活动。一连几个月的街

头拍摄获得众多游客的喜爱，来自日韩、中国内地、台湾、东南亚

甚至是欧洲的游客纷纷称赞杂志对游客非常有用，也留下开心合照。

改版从过去的《澳门导航》改名为《新澳门导航》，我们一直为读者的需

求进行“外型改造”，除了名字，连size和装订方式都变得更适合游

客随身携带。扩大发行量和发行点后，游客就更加容易在澳门旅游热

点免费取阅到我们杂志。

双封面细心的读者会发现我们在年底会经常推出双封面特刊，以切合澳门缤

纷多彩的活动，更会在大赛车举办期间带来特刊（刊中刊），以绘画

地图等方式为读者生动地带来更多吃喝玩乐相关资讯。同时，双封面

也有不少是我们策划的明星专题，例如专门邀请当红澳门组合Soler和九位澳门本土著名歌手拍摄的封面等等。

两周年特刊这是我们首次采用插画封面，呈现了一个深受澳门游客欢迎的主题：

一小时美食。逗趣的封面刚推出就受到不少读者钟爱，该周年特刊更

是一刊难求，连我们自己编辑部都没有库存了呢！

暑假特刊每年暑假我们都会为大人小孩炮制暑假特辑，并在七月推出，去年的

封面就是在澳门四季酒店的泳池拍摄的，而今年的则是在最新开幕的

银河天浪涛园拍摄，同样充满着夏日清凉快乐合家欢的感觉。

你现在翻阅的这一本三周年特刊，同样非常有纪念价值，封面

的“3”字是我们特别邀请本期轻食专题中介绍的餐厅 The Blissful Carrot为我们杂志专门创作的，寓意着杂志生机蓬勃。事不宜迟，回

ALL stARt FRom stREEt snAPCguide Macau has held the unique street snap column for long, searching and snapping those dressed in “style”. Afterwards we promoted it as a magazine publicity campaign, arranging our goodwill ambassadors to take pictures with passers-by, holding the frame of the magazine in populous tourist spots. This was praised by visitors from Japan, South Korea, Mainland China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and even Europe, as they told us the magazine was a useful tool. thE gREAt REvisionNot only was the name changed to Cguide Macau, the magazine was also “facelifted” to meet our readers’ needs. For instance, the size and binding were fine-tuned for greater convenience. Also increased were the circulation and the number of distribution points, allowing easier access to our magazine.

doubLE CovERsObservant readers may have noticed that we often publish special issues with double covers to match the multitude of events in Macau, particularly the special issue during the Macau Grand Prix and when presenting our readers with information on food and entertainment with drawings and maps. The double covers have also featured famous showbiz stars.

thE sECond AnnivERsARy sPECiAL issuEIn this special issue, we debuted our illustrated cover, delivering a popular theme: One-Hour Quick Bites. It was so popular that even our office has no copy left!

thE summER sPECiAL issuEsEach summer we prepare a “summer special July issue”. The cover of last summer was shot at the Four Seasons Macao swimming pool. This year, we took it at the newly launched Grand Resort Deck of Galaxy Macau. Both boasted family-friendly fun.

The third anniversary special issue you are browsing does not lack memory value. The character “3” is a creation by The Blissful Carrot, featured in the light food article, and it symbolises vigour and vibrancy. Iranian master Kayhan Kalhor is taking us on a journey through the mysterious landscapes of Persian music. Dubbed as a creative force in today’s international music scene, this preeminent ambassador of Persian rhythms has had extensive collaborations with legendary cellist Yo-Yo Ma and composer Osvaldo Golijov. His frequent performing ventures allow him to regularly play with the innovative Kronos Quartet, the daring Brooklyn Rider and the influent New York Philharmonic. Known for his refreshing improvisations and compositions, Kalhor will make Macao’s awaited concert a unique opportunity to vibrate with a true global genius of musical reinvention.

月项目“流动的诗意──罗伯特•凯恩录像装置

展”结合录像与装置，展出录像艺术领域重要人

物罗伯特•凯恩逾三十五年的精选作品十七件套，

包括其上世纪八十年代之里程碑作品，以及两件

特别为本展创作的新作，带给观众不一样的观赏

体验。

罗伯特．凯恩一九四五年出生于法国，是电子乐器运用领域与国

际錄像艺术的先行者，他以音乐专业的背景，在录像艺术领域

持续耕耘了逾四十年。慢速镜头的运用是其作品常

见的特色，通过“时间”、“过渡”、“穿越”

等命题的探讨，传达其对生命的观想。凯恩擅

于探讨时间的变动延展与人、物、空间或景

象间的交织作用。作品通过后制处理，让

影像在缓缓流动的节奏中漫步穿越，幻化

出非惯性的视觉感官的变调，营造出诗一

般的抒情意境；其作品的影像及声响以飘

忽异化的流动形态，投射出另一种抽离游

移的真实，将观众带入一个存在的新领域。

Co-organised by the Macao Museum of Art, Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau, Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao, Traverse: Video Installation by Robert Cahen is also part of Le French May this year, featuring 17 sets of Cahen’s works dating from 1978 to 2015, in particular two new pieces created with Macao’s elements.

Since the mid-20th century, as technology flourished, video became a fixture of daily life, while new media catalyzed the

fast development of contemporary art. The evolution of video art is a clear case of integration of technology with living. From a strict television media to its experimental attempts, video has gradually explored creative concepts combining body, notion, records, movies, computers, interaction and installation. It has become a major artistic medium nowadays. Born in 1945, a graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique (CNSM) in Paris, Robert Cahen is a pioneer both in the field of electronic music and international video art. He started video creation in the 1970s, applying professional knowledge and creative methods of music to produce video, blurring the borders between the two media and becoming one of the most important references in the field of video art.

Macau Handcraft and Creative People Association presents the Ingenuity Exhibition, the second edition of the Resident Exhibition of Art Associations 2015 in 10 Fantasia, showcasing the unique and exquisite works created by handcrafters of Macau. Seven associations are participating, including “Paradaisu” founded by Lin Qitong, “The Eraser Team” by Wu Yanping, “Mary Made Mad” by Xu Lingzhi, “Juan Qiqu” by Li Lizhi. Their Macau-focused works will be an enjoyment for locals and tourists.

上海葡裔难民在澳门shanghai Portuguese reFugees in Macao

自十九世纪中期开始，澳门土生葡人族群向

世界各地迁徙，香港和上海曾是澳门土生

葡人移民最集中的两个城市。一九三七年日

本侵华，第二次世界大战和中国内战相继爆

发，定居上海的土生葡人被迫迁回澳门避

难，有的扎根澳门，有的等待时机延续迁徙

之旅，尤其是北美洲（美国及加拿大）、巴

西、葡萄牙、安哥拉和莫桑比克等。澳门历

史档案馆保存着数千份相关的档案文献，是

次展览将展出百多件档案资料，介绍澳门土

生葡人全球迁徙的历史背景、土生葡人融入

上海社会的文化优势、葡裔难民从上海到澳

门避难的经历、澳门对葡裔难民的援助，

以及上海葡裔难民克莱门蒂娜•费尔南德斯

(Clementina Fernandes)的文献资料和个人

物品等。

本届的展览由中国美术家协会主办，澳门威

尼斯人及北京弘宝博艺文化发展有限公司策

展并承办，中国美术家协会水彩画艺术委员

会及澳门美术协会协办，并由中国文联美术

艺术中心大型活动部学术支持，开放给公众

人士免费入场参观。《墨彩情致——中国当

代水彩画名家展》汇聚39位中国内地及澳门

的知名当代中国水彩画名家笔下的81 水彩画

佳作，作品题材丰富，包括自然风景、人物

及花鸟，展现出澳门及中国内地画家的超凡

绘画天赋及风格迥异的作画形式。参展的中

国内地艺术家包括中国美术家协会主席刘大

为、吴长江、李晓林、赵云龙、田海鹏、蒋

智南和丁寺忠等，而澳门艺术家则有澳门美

术协会会长黎鹰、潘锦玲及吴衞坚等。

“Masters in Painting – Contemporary Watercolors” brings together around 81 watercolor art pieces of the highest calibre and 39 renowned artists from Mainland China and Macao. The various works on display will feature beautiful landscapes, personalities, flowers and animals. The works will showcase not only the incredible talent that is working in Macao and Mainland China today but also various painting styles. Participating artists from Mainland China include LIU Dawei, chairman of the China Artists Association, WU Changjiang, WANG Qijun, LI Xiaolin, ZHAO Yunlong, TIAN Haipeng, JIANG Zhinan and DING Sizhong. Macao artists whose works are also on display at the exhibition include LAI Ieng, President of Macau Artist Society, POON Kamling and NG Waiki.

The mid 19th century saw the beginning of Macanese emigration to different parts of the world, with major destinations being the cities of Hong Kong and Shanghai. Starting from 1937, due to the Japanese invasion of China, World War II, Chinese civil war and other factors, the Macanese were forced to leave Shanghai to seek shelter in Macao. Some of them later settled in Macao for good and others stayed in the enclave for some time before they continued their journey to North America (United States and Canada), Brazil, Portugal, Angola and Mozambique amongst other countries. The HAM hold a few thousand records related to the topic. This exhibition will showcase a selection of over one hundred records that illustrate the historical background of the Macanese Diaspora around the world, the social inclusion of the Macanese in Shanghai, the flight of Portuguese refugees to Macao and the aid they received in Macao.

澳门土生土长的Jane自小就对画画设计有兴趣，

并且常自从事于澳门制衣工厂的父亲身上接触

到不少关于澳门制衣工业的讯息，所以在大学升学时

毅然选择前往北京服装学院修读服装设计专业。毕业

后的她曾在北京、广州等不同的大型服装设计公司打

拼，2013年选择了回流到澳门，并成立自家服饰品牌

MACON，据Jane介绍，MACON名字取自“MACAU ICON”，想把品牌打造成如澳门标志一样，主张推

崇自由、优雅的时尚生活态度，传递包容与多元的价

值，而这又与澳门多元文化和谐共处的特点一样。

主打25岁到35岁的都市轻熟女市场的MACON除了

以简约舒适、小清新风格服饰成功掳获不少顾客的心

外，其重要的精神元素是对澳葡文化艺术精髓的解读

与传承，那么MACON的服饰中又是如何体现出澳门

原创品牌的特质呢？“其实我们并不会刻意加入澳门

标志性建筑到设计当中，反倒是利用城市的不同元

素，如悠闲的欧陆风情、海边、葡国瓷砖的蓝白色系

等体现出澳门的味道。也就是说你不会一眼就看出这

是澳门的原创品牌，但慢慢欣赏后就会发现其中的个

性元素。” Jane说。

As a locally born and raised girl whose father was in the fashion business, Jane developed her interest

in art and design when she was small. After getting a degree in fashion design in Beijing, she returned to Macau to set up her own brand, after spending years in the industry in Beijing and Guangzhou. According to her, MACON, the abbreviation for “Macau Icon”, is a brand promoting a free and elegant lifestyle that embraces diversity, which is what Macau has been known for.MACON, simple yet stylish, casual and refreshing, targeting urban ladies from age 25 to 35, accurately illustrates the essence of Macanese culture and legacy. “When featuring Macau in our design”, Jane explained, “we did not simply add signature architectures, but used distinctive elements, such as the European style, the coastal scenery, or the blue and white tones of Portuguese tiles. It might not be so intuitive, but the uniqueness is in there.”MACON was the first Macau original brand to be available on Tmall, the leading online shopping platform in Mainland China. As time goes by, contemporary theories and habits gradually recommend lighter, greener cuisines, for such dining concept is

healthier to both the body and the planet. As a result, there came a growing trend of vegetarianism.After all, it is at least appetizing in this hot and humid climate, isn’t it?


There is a growing number of veggie establishments in Macau, and many of them use Chinese recipes, leaving the (occasional) thirst for western veggie food of

some people unquenched.The Blissful Carrot is run by two American girls who came to Macau with their husbands. “Macau chose us as we came with our husbands who got headhunted to the city.” Marisa, one of the two owners, told Cguide. They only knew each other after arriving in Macau: such serendipity!They told Cguide they wanted to bring new ideas to Macau. They mainly make light food, as well as promote eating raw food, because it lightens the burden on the body. Almost all items sold here are house-made, including pasta, desserts, fried fruits, and even rice dishes. All items can be made vegan.Cguide sampled a few, such as Gluten Free Lemon Bar, and Raw Zucchini Pasta, which were all fantastic. The menu is quite comprehensive.

为什么选择澳门呢？“其实是澳门选择了我们。”其

中一位老板Marisa说，“我们的丈夫过来工作，所以

也就一起过来了。”不说不知，两位女士是来澳后才

认识的。

对于这家店开业的初衷，她们是想为澳门带来新气象

的。例如，这里的出品都以清爽为主，店主也力推“

尝鲜”文化，皆因生吃蔬菜可减轻身体的负担。不要

以为西式素食就只有沙律，在这里你可以找到意大利

面丶糕饼丶干果丶甚至饭类。重点是，能够自制的，

them rely on processed food, while cooking oils are not guaranteed to be vegetarian. That is why the owners of Green House sought to open a delicate slow-food vegetarian restaurant to present the most tasty, artistic

and high-quality vegetarian dishes.Mr. Lin and Reene, the owners of Green House, are both veteran vegetarian. Lin, also the owner of a Portuguese restaurant and the husband of a strict vegetarian, has enjoyed so many top-tier vegetarian restaurants in elsewhere before starting the restaurant. Renee, from a highly educated family, names their dishes poetically. The set menus are priced from MOP 88 (Executive

Lunch Set for one). The recent launch of the Grace Lotus Set is particularly appreciated because of its seasonal recipe. They are not only made of lotus, but are also served with lotus-shaped decorations, creating a Zen spirit around the table. Green House changes the menus with regards to taste, nutrition and style quite frequently. Lu said every member of the diner was contributing to new creations. Fungi from around the world are added to enhance flavor and taste, allowing multi-level experience for strict vegetarians. The healthier flower and fruit teas are promoted here, besides traditional teas; while the vegetarian mooncake with nuts is worth a try. It contains less fat and sugar.

善于为各种素食赋予诗意名字，目前餐厅都是卖套餐为主，中午行政

套餐更低至MOP88一位便有一Set，每个套餐都有鲜明的主题，如最

近甫推出就卖得红火的“风雅荷花素宴”，便非常适合夏天养生的主

题。此餐单用荷花周边食品入馔，更请来经验丰富的雕花师傅专门雕

刻制作一系列形态优美，沁人心弦的荷花摆设，无论是食物卖相还是

进食环境氛围，都有一种纯净清新，平静致远的感觉。

尚膳的餐单更换频率甚高，因为是全新的素菜样式，除了味道和追求

健康外，卖相也都美轮美奂，卢小姐坦言目前大伙都在努力研发菜式

的阶段。餐厅选用不少云南或海外珍贵菌类为菜式增添鲜味，我们尝

试了比较少见的，肉厚多汁的老人头菌，也喝到了用鲜菌和山药烹煮

得有肉汁鲜味的素汤，让喜爱纯素的茹素者完全不觉得素食是单调

的。另外餐厅也选用花果茶代替传统中式茶，更少咖啡因。今年中秋

尚膳特别推出了素五仁月饼，少油少糖，一口咬下，满嘴果仁清香，

真材实料。

u Creative Cucina is a rare urban oasis in the

bustling ZAPE (Dynasty Area). As the name suggested, it is a restaurant featuring creative dishes brought by Chef Wong Wing Yu, a 30-year-old experienced cook. He is also the entrant on behalf of Macau in an international contest of molecular gastronomy.We were welcomed by Catherine, the young general manager of the restaurant. It is an ideal location for an intimate dinner under the blue-coloured and simplistic interior, as well as with the view of the magnificent bridge beyond. Chef Wong served us a few new seasonal Summer dishes with incredible great tastes. The first dish was a fresh appetizer: Grilled Scallop & Pesto Eringi Mushroom with chilli Bubble (MOP138). The molecularly created chilli bubble maintained its shape for more than ten minutes and blended well with the ingredients. Wong explained that only a small part of his dishes were made using new cooking methods because it was still too new an idea for Macau diners. Another example of the molecular method were the droplets of passion fruit made somehow by a very lab-like injection needle.Baked Tomato with Crab Meat Stuffing & Bisque Mousse (MOP108) was also a healthy option to sooth your appetite. The bubbly soup made of fresh shrimps tasted surprisingly light and refreshing. The juicy tomato was selected on purpose to balance the heavy flavour of the sauce and the cream.The dessert “Roasted Eggplant with Sesame Paste & Beer Sorbet (MOP108)” was also made of surprising ingredients but came with pleasant tastes. The chilling and sweet beer sorbet would enhance your taste buds, while the roasted eggplants topped by sesame paste and dry fish flakes were equally gorgeous.

在皇朝酒吧街这样热闹的地方，竟也有一个让人

静下心来欣赏美食的地方，顾名思义，皇朝创

意坊，一定是卖创意为主的餐厅，大厨黄永俞是个刚

满三十的年轻小伙，却有着十多年的入厨经验，更曾

代表澳门出赛比拼分子料理，实力不容小觑。

在楼下酒吧林立的区域，皇朝创意坊静静地隐藏于喧

嚣中，餐厅以蓝色为主色调，设计简约，靠窗的一排

位置更能一览澳门醉人跨海大桥夜景，是晚上约会谈

心的好去处。黄师傅为我们介绍了几款看样子绝对猜

不出味道，非常适合夏日的新菜式：第一款是“扒带

子及香草烤菇配辣椒泡泡MOP138”，菇被切成圆

形作为底座，上面是轻轻烤熟的带子，再搭配用分子

料理模式打造的辣椒泡泡，味道清爽，是前菜的好选

择。这种辣椒泡泡和辣椒酱油无异，放个十几分钟仍

然不会垮塌下来，更容易渗入到菜式当中。黄师傅介

绍说因为纯分子料理澳门人未必能接受，自己创制的

料理一般只是有小小的份子元素点缀，例如拌碟的哪

些果汁珠珠，就是通过如针筒的特制器皿，用化学试

验一般的方式制作出来的，咬下去就有浓浓的热情果

味。

另一道新鲜健康又饱肚的菜式就是“蟹肉焗番茄配龙

虾汤慕士MOP108”，还真是没想到龙虾汤可以变

成浓郁泡泡的形式，一点都不感觉厚重，用新鲜虾肉

混合制作的龙虾汤非常鲜美，一口下去，满嘴海鲜香

气。最后一道甜品也是深得我们心—— “麻酱烧茄

子配啤酒雪葩MOP108”，那个宛如奶冻的小器皿中

竟然是装着麒麟啤酒做成的雪葩！把糖分也掺和其中

的份子形式啤酒变成了透心凉中又稍带甜蜜气息的甜

品，无论是男生还是女生都会被吸引。而用麻酱烧烤

过的茄子非常入味，上面更有“生猛”的柴鱼片在飞

啊飞的，增添了整道菜的动感。

独树一格，很难定义。店

家说：“黑羊是一所合家欢的餐

厅。”但恰恰它又走欧陆式“修道

院”装修路线，整个气氛更像是一

所酒吧。

这里的十位店东都曾留学海外，习

惯了西方的生活模式，他们发现在

澳门没有一家西式的酒吧或餐厅，

可以品尝精致的冰冻啤酒和酒吧美

食，因此就决定投资开设开设这家餐厅。

餐厅位处高级住宅“海天居”，正正就与其目标客

群－－外地人丶海归派丶高管阶层等等－－近在咫

尺。

这里的饮品种类可一点不马虎，单是冰冻手工啤酒已

It is quite hard to define this establishment. As the owners

said, “The Black Sheep is a family-friendly restaurant.” But as it takes a European “monastery” setting, the vibes make you feel more like dining in a pub: and this is what it appears to be.The owners (a total of 10) have all studied (and thus spent some time) abroad either in Europe or in the States. And when they came back,

they thought there was nowhere to find a Western pub/restaurant that had both ice-cold beers and sumptuous pub cuisines. That’s why they decided to open their own.Located at the privileged residences of “Villa de Mer”, the restaurant enjoys a close proximity with its target audience: foreigners, returnees and executives.At the establishment, you can find around 100 options of handcrafted beers from around the world. Other child-friendly drinks are also available. Food options are sufficiently international, including Pork Knuckle, Buffalo Drum Sticks, Roasted Chicken, Pizza and Pasta, as well as Satay, Japanese Skewers, and Salads. The Rosé Revolution Festival is an initiative started by

Eddie McDougall, The Flying Winemaker. The idea behind is that we don’t see yet a huge market for Rosé wine here in Asia. If you look at Macau nowadays with so many resorts, almost none of them are featuring/promoting (some NOT even selling) Rosé Wine. Many of the hotels offer al-fresco dining, be that on a terrace or by the pool… so why doesn’t Rosé wine have a place? Summer or warm days are best to relax by the pool on a terrace and enjoy a glass of Rosé!If we look outside Asia, the rosé category is a good example of a wider trend of consumers choosing their wine by style as opposed to country or region. For example, in France, rosé wines have been a hot item for years now: rosé wine consumption has increased every year since 1990, setting a new record in 2013 when it represented 30% of total wine consumption.But Rosé is more than just a passing trend. It has become an integral part of society as consumer trends have changed and new life styles have emerged: meals that are less structured, the increasing popularity of ethnic cuisine from around the world, greater simplicity, new encounters, good times, and instant gratification.When drinking Rosé, consumers discover a different approach to wine – easier access, without all the constraints and traditional formalities: a wine that symbolizes greater freedom.

greywacke Wild sauvignon 2009

Kevin Jud 出产新西兰数一数二的白苏维浓葡萄酒。我最近刚开启的

这瓶 2009 陈酿更是让我欲罢不能。该地区土壤中有较多的那些硬砂

岩圆石砾，为酒体带来复杂而富有深度的

矿物气息。洋溢着热带水果的清香，口

感香气宜人，收结悠长。

Kevin Judd is making one of the finest Sauvignon Blanc’s from New Zealand, this 2009 which I opened recently was a cracker. The round greywacke river stones found in the soil was expressed in this wine with complexity and depth of minerality. Wine shows some tropical fruitiness especially on the nose, with a lovely aromatic palate and a long finish.

greystone thomas Brothers’ Pinot noir 2013

这款黑比诺干红是 Brothers’ Reserve 出产的第三批葡萄酒。散发出

草莓和樱桃的成熟红色水果香气。酒体结构完美，强调红色水果主

题，还有淡淡的松露气息。口感悠长而浓郁，单宁的味道令整体

更加平衡。难怪 Decanter 杂志将其称为新西兰“最完美黑比

诺的丰碑”。

Just the third ever release of the Brothers’ Reserve. This dry red made from Pinot Noir with a nose of matured red fruits of strawberries and cherries. Well-structured with a good concentration of red fruits and a hint of truffles, it is long and rich, balanced by savoury supporting tannins. So good that Decanter gave it “Trophy for Best Pinot Noir” in New Zealand.

Pyramid Valley lion’s tooth chardonnay 2012

这款来自 Kumea 河的新西兰夏敦爱酒，同样令我不忍释口。酒体纯

净，质朴优雅，散发着柑橘和花朵的香气，多种微妙差异的的热带水

果融汇一体，百香果、柠檬和酸橙的味道跳跃而出。品牌管理总监

Caine Thompson 说，这款葡萄酒在购置后可立刻饮用，也可

再窖藏 10 年或者更久。2012 Lion’s Tooth Chardonnay 只

生产了 125 箱，欲购从速。

This is on par with my other favourite New Zealand Chardonnay from Kumea River. Nose of citrus and of florals, this wine is very elegant with pristine clarity, line and length with augmented intense flavour of passion-fruit, lemon, lime, with background nuances of tropical fruits. . This wine is imminently slurpable upon release but will last well for another 10 year or more says managing director Caine Thompson. Only 125 cases were made of the 2012 Lion’s Tooth Chardonnay so grab it while you can.

Misha’s Vineyard Verisimo Pinot noir 2010

这款葡萄酒的香气包裹着黑色和红色水果的气息，令人愉

悦，富有青春活力，夹着些许百里香、薰衣草、玫瑰和

微妙复杂的橡木气息。是以自产黑比诺酿造的单一葡

萄品种葡萄酒，单宁气息浓郁，结构完美。口感

层次恰到好处，没有厚重或成熟过度的感觉。

如果您有机会与庄园主Misha Wilkinson 相

识，不妨了解一下她酿造的那款传奇 Ah Foo 葡萄酒。

On the nose, this offers a combination of lifted still youthful aromatic black

and red fruits with a touch of savoury wild thyme, lavender, roses and subtle

complexing oak. This estate-grown, single vineyard Pinot Noir provides good backbone

tannins and structure. Good depth of flavour, without being heavy or over-ripe. If ever you get the chance to meet Misha Wilkinson, ask her about the legend of Ah Foo.

makes a full soft round entry, after which the acid builds nicely to make it very juicy and inviting. Loads of fine grain tannin

completes the mouth feel, with berry patch, fruit stand flavours dominating. This world class winery is run by the full of life Nigel Greening, the proprietor

and the talented winemaker Blair Walter.

“氹仔嘉模•葡韵风情”拍摄景点1：路氹历史馆前身为海岛市政厅大楼，昔日见证着海岛市议事公局丶海岛市市政厅丶临时海岛市

政局等时期，扮演离岛行政中心的重要角色。2006年改建成为保存路氹历史文化的

展馆，呈现往昔路氹社会民生的环境变迁。

拍摄景点2：氹仔北帝庙北帝庙是氹仔规模较大的庙宇之一，也是氹仔区唯一一座内设有“拜亭”的庙宇。

每年农历三月初三的北帝诞，一连串的神功贺诞庆祝仪式在庙前举行，锣鼓喧天。

“路环乡情•思古寻幽“拍摄景点1：路环圣方济各教堂环圣方济各圣堂建於1928年，西方的建筑特色糅合不少中式元素，简洁纯朴，与四

Site 2 : Pak Tai Temple in TaipaThe Pak Tai Temple is the largest temple and the only one with worship pavilion in Taipa. The birthday of Pak Tai (Emperor of North) every March 3 in Chinese lunar calendar is a big event with performances and rituals.

The annual Macau International Fireworks Display Contest is an event gathering firework teams from the world, brightening the night sky of Macau in September. Enjoying the Mid-Autumn Festival night with family and friends under the brilliant aura of firework is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.


澳门的炮竹业曾经於上世纪五十年代与火柴丶神

香并称三大传统手工业，虽然如今的炮竹业己

不覆当年的繁盛，但欣赏烟花表演则成为了市民以及

世界各地游客感受澳门文化的节目。自1989年起，

澳门旅游局开始举办“澳门国际烟花比赛汇演”，之

後每年都获得不同地区的烟花队伍支持参与并广获好

评，成为今时今日闻名国际的旅游盛事。

旅游局今年举办的第二十七届“澳门国际烟花比赛汇

演”於9月5丶12丶19丶27以及10月1日在在澳门旅游

塔对出海面举行，一晚举行两场烟花表演，每场表演

时间一般约二十分钟。本次烟花汇演邀请到十支来自

不同国家地区的高水准烟花队伍来澳比赛，分别来自

马来西亚丶葡萄牙丶芬兰丶中国台湾丶韩国丶意大利

丶法国丶奥地利丶澳洲和中国。其中马来西亚和芬兰

两队更是首次参加澳门的烟花盛会，而意大利和法国

的烟花公司则是首次亮相小城，值得期待。9月27日适

逢是中秋节及世界旅游日，当晚将有法国和奥地利的

烟花表演与市民及旅客共庆佳节；而10月1日国庆日，

将由来自澳洲和中国的烟花队伍压轴演出。色彩缤纷

的烟花，衬托澳门的特色建筑，显露出澳门独有的文

化和情怀。

Firework used to be one of the three artisan indus-tries during the 1950s together with matches and

incense. Though those golden days are gone, its legacy is kept alive by the amazing firework display contest shows, which are being hosted by Macau Government Tourist Office since 1989.The 27th Macau International Fireworks Display Con-test takes place on Sep. 5, 12, 19, 27 and Oct. 1 at the sea area in front of the Macau Tower. Two shows of around 20 mins each per night, will showcase 10 teams including Malaysia, Portugal, Finland, Chinese Taiwan, South Korea, Italy, France, Austria, Australia and China. The national teams of Malaysia and Fin-land as well as the fireworks manufacturers from Italy and France are making their debut in Macau. Sep. 27, Mid-Autumn Festival and World Tourism Day will wit-ness the shows of France and Austria, while the Oct. 1, the National Day of the People’s Republic of China, will be grand final presented by Australia and China.

Praça do Lago Sai Van in front of the Macau Tower is the second largest plaza in Macau. As the colorful fireworks and gorgeous Sai Van Bridge co-exist, it is also the gathering place for photographers. The Avenida da República nearby is also an ideal choice.

想要找一个浪漫的地点与爱人欣赏烟花，主教山山顶以及海崖圣母小

堂前的空地是上选。主教山小堂又称海崖圣母小堂，1622年建於炮

台旁，殿堂简朴，配以花径草丛，古树浓荫，是众多新人拍摄结婚照

的圣地。在您烟花汇演前，不妨与另一伴慢慢从山径走上教堂，先在

此把西湾湖南邊的景色尽收眼底，欣赏美如画卷的黄昏日落。

Want to share the romantic moments with your loved-one? Go to the top of the Colina da Penha and the square of the Penha Church. The simple and elegant structure, flowers, grassland and old trees are also the popular background of wedding pictures. It will be a bonus for your eyes if you stroll to the church for the magnificent sunset on the south part of Sai Van Lake before the show starts.

The coastal area of the Avenida dos Jardins do Oceano in Taipa is also a good place for watching the fireworks , even though the background music of the show may not be heard, it is still where you can appreciate the beauty of Macau Peninsula and the amazing fireworks above the buildings.

在这个计算机横行的世代，只要动动手指上网一搜寻就可以得到任何想要字

体，但是澳门年轻艺术家阿坚奴(Aquino da Silva)偏偏喜欢钻研手写古英文字

艺术，一笔一划地把原本死气沉沉的文字装饰得像翩翩起舞的蝴蝶一样美丽，让人

除了读到字句的意思以外，还多了一份赏心悦目的艺术视觉享受。

阿坚奴毕业于澳门理工学院设计专业，去年他辞去了全职工作，全心投入到艺术创

作之中。他对于古英文字体的认识始于大学时代的课堂，初次看到以后就被这种手

写的艺术表达形式所吸引，然而在澳门很少见，便开始学习手写古英文字的艺术，

一来是为了满足自己对艺术的追求，二来是觉得其中有一定商业价值。可是人们

普遍对艺术的认识是书画、音乐之类的，而这种手写的文字也算是艺术吗？“画画

是一种表征艺术，文字却有直观的阅读性，而我的创作就是在文字的表现形式上作

出修饰，加入视觉效果，让人既可读懂意思，又可欣赏到笔划的美态。”阿坚奴

说，“虽然现在很多商业用的广告字都可以用计算机完成，但是手写的艺术字在欧

美仍旧很流行，他们不但把此看作艺术，更是一项谋生的技能，而澳门也正好缺少

这种艺术，如此有温度的艺术创作应该传承并且让更多人认识。” 阿坚奴现在仍旧

花费大量时间练习书写，因为要写好书法是没有快捷方式的，只有不断练习，才能

保持创作的稳定性。与此同时，他也尝试在不同的媒材上书写，包括木板、玻璃以

陶瓷等。

除了手写字艺术以外，阿坚奴也是铅笔精描的爱好者。铅笔精描同样是一项极需要

耐性的创作，所花费的时间非常多，一笔一笔地反复描绘，令画中的脉络肌理细致

无比，看起来让人分不清到底是画还是相片。 “我之前试过用150小时完成一幅铅

笔精描作品。对我来说，看似沉闷的铅笔精描的每一线条都如有生命一样，而每一

笔的累积经过沉淀山后可创造出千变万化，而这个过程正好培养我的耐性，就像是

对生活的修炼。”阿坚奴表示。从兼职艺术创作到全身投入，阿坚奴从没有挣扎犹

豫过，也没有刻意地为自己定下一定得完成的目标，正如他所爱好的艺术创作一

样，努力地完成眼前的这一笔，就会知道下一笔该下于何处。

In this computer age, with effortless online searching you will gain access to any font face you want. Aquino da Silva, a young artist in Macau, has however devoted

himself to studying Old English handwriting art. His strokes revitalize the once lifeless characters as dancing butterflies, providing the audience with the literal meaning as well as a visual feast.Graduated from Macau Polytechnic Institute with a major in design, he quit from his full time job last year and plunged wholly-heartedly into art creation. His interest in the Old English characters date back to his college time during which for the first time he became fascinated with the handwritten art expression then rare in Macau. He then started pursuing this art to satisfy his yearning and to realize its commercial value. Common perceptions of arts are narrow, including only, for example, painting, calligraphy, and music. Can these handwritten characters be counted as an art? “Painting is a form of representative art, while writing is literal. My aim is to modify the characters in their expression form by adding visual effects, allowing the audience to enjoy its meaning and the amazing strokes at the same time,” Aquino da Silva said. “Now most of the commercial advertising signs can be done with computers, however, the handwritten character art is still popular in Europe and America and also regarded as an income-making skill. Such an art is rarely seen in Macau and should be spread and met by more people.” Aquino da Silva now continues to spend plenty of time on writing, because there is no short cut for maintaining the consistency of art works except continuous practicing. Meanwhile, he also tries to write on various materials, including wood plates, glass and ceramics, and so on.Besides handwritten characters, Aquino da Silva is also a fan of elaborate pencil sketch, which demands extreme patience and plenty of time. One needs to repeatedly depict with one stroke after another, rendering the veins in the picture to incomparable details and making the audience puzzle whether it is a painting or photograph. “I used to complete an elaborate pencil sketch over 150 hours. Each line seemed to me bursting with vitality and the accumulation of each stroke could be infinite in variety. It is a procedure to cultivate my patience, like a drill on discipline,” he said. Aquino da Silva has never hesitated or wondered since his choice has been made, neither has he purposely set the next must-met goal. As his beloved art creation, you will know where to put the next stroke once you have finished the one at hand.

疯堂十号创意园 10 Fantasia - A Creative Industries Incubator

疯堂十号创意园与仁慈堂婆仔屋相邻，2008年启用，

设有两个展览厅和十个展示室，提供空间让澳门文化

艺术和创意产业者展示作品。此外，园内会定期举办

一些艺术课程和活动丶讲座等，例如动漫同人会，角

色扮演，艺术交流和音乐会等。创意园更同时定期举

办如编剧丶摄影丶录像丶电影丶雕塑丶绘画等艺术课

程，为艺术创作人提供发表创作的平台，推动艺术发

Just next to the Albergue, 10 Fantasia, opened in 2008, has two exhibition halls and ten showrooms as a platform for the presentations of local arts and creativity. There are also regular art courses, activities, and seminars, covering many aspects such as animation and comics, role-play, and music. The courses on scriptwriting, photography, video and recording, sculpting, and drawing, to name a few, play an important role in driving forward the development of local art.

疯堂斜巷Calçada da Igreja de S. Lázaro

疯堂斜巷以“疯堂”命名，是为了纪念曾于此开办的

痳疯病院，是西方在中国设立的首间传染病医院。这

里有不少历史悠久的建筑，如澳门最古老的三座教堂

之一 ── 望德圣母堂，又称圣拉匝禄堂，由於昔日

在教堂後侧曾设有痳疯院，故有人将教堂称作疯堂

庙。圣堂是最早的一间华人教堂，于1568或1569年兴

建，1885年重建。它曾为澳门教区成立後第一座主教

座堂，在澳门天主教人士中享有崇高的地位。教堂旁

边更有鲜艳夺目的黄色小屋，名清安医所门诊部，是

十九世纪天主教徒所设立的诊所。望德圣母堂对面有

一栋“大疯堂艺舍”，已有九十多年历史，里面展览

具有历史价值的民间珍藏，艺舍传承及弘扬中华传统

文化，促进着望德堂区文化保育发展。

来到疯堂斜巷不能错过最具代表性的婆仔屋，婆仔屋

坐落于疯堂斜巷8号，在日本侵华期间为“贫穷者之

家”，收留难民和穷人，亦有说这里是老人院，因住

满老婆婆，而得名“婆仔屋”。婆仔屋为两幢百年黄

色葡式建筑，前有小庭园，植有两棵百年老樟树，老

樟树的姿态悠美，让婆仔屋更添优雅。婆仔屋现已成

为文化艺术“聚脚点”，除了不时举办艺术表演以及

展览之外，门前的空地更会於每个星期六日的下午三

点至六点举办“黄昏小敍”，邀请本土创作人，于望

德堂区展销各样创作，并举办“星期天音乐演奏会”

，令望德堂区的欧陆风情注入柔扬的乐韵及活泼的力

量。

The alley was known for a leprosy hospital, from which it got its Chinese name. Several historical buildings are located in the area, including St. Lazarus Church - one of the three oldest churches in Macau - built during 1568-1569. It was the first church for local Chinese, and went through a restoration in 1885. It has a prestigious status in Catholicism because it was the first Cathedral in the Macau Diocese. The small yellow building beside the church is a clinic of more than 90 years of history. Opposite the church is a showroom traditional Chinese art pieces and collections.Albergue da Santa Casa da Misericórdia - number 8 on the street - must not be missed. It is said to be a shelter for the poor and refugees during World War II. Others say it was an elderly home, from which came its Chinese name of “The House for Old Ladies”. The site comprises two century-old buildings, both in Portuguese style in bright blue colour. The small front garden was planted with two camphor trees as old as the buildings. Local artists are invited to the artistic venue from 3 pm to 6 pm every weekend to showcase their creativity, as well as to invigorate the place.

邮政局轄下的通讯博物馆本着“勇于尝试，敢于发现”的精神，

九年来一直为澳门居民和有兴趣了解澳门和世界各地通讯历史

的游客带来丰富有趣的知识，除了用各种多媒体手段及模拟操作系统

等触手可及的实验外，这里还有定期举办各种有趣的工作坊，让一家

大小都能普及电讯科学和技术，馆内邮票珍藏也让人大开眼界，有效

地推动了集邮文化，门口更设有邮局服务，能实际寄送邮件和购买本

地邮票，非常方便。

博物馆展览区域规划为两大展区，一楼是邮政和集邮展区，展示了与

邮政局历史息息相关的邮票珍藏和邮政器具藏品。可以看到澳门多年

来邮政服务的发展，甚至能找到最早年的邮筒呢！你更可以亲手制作

一张“虚拟”邮票和明信片，或者是坐上模拟飞机，体验空邮的驾驶

感觉。二楼则是电讯展区，有很多互动游戏，更有专门的实验室让参

与工作坊和讲座的同学使用。就如有趣的“范德格拉夫起电机”，是

罗拔范德格拉夫约于1930年建造的第一台与此展品类似的起电机，

当时目的是用来加速原子粒子，当导启员把金属棒靠近金属罩时，参

观者会看到金属棒和金属罩之间有火花产生，而根据导启员指引，您

尝试用手触摸金属罩时，头发就会竖起，具体的科学原理您可以在起

电机旁边的指示牌上读到，再加上亲身体验有趣的实验，一定会记忆

深刻。

The Communications Museum is managed by Macau Post. It is known for its spirit of “Dare to Experiment, Dare to Discover”, and

has educated people about local and international communications for 9 years. Other than hands-on experiments of multi-media methods and analogue systems, the museum also hosts regular seminars for all age groups to spread the knowledge. On the other hand, the stamp collection is also a highlight of the Museum.The Museum has two exhibition sections. The first floor shows mailing-related exhibits, including rare stamp collection, post devices and machines, even mailboxes used during the beginning of the industry. Visitors can hand-make their virtual stamps and postcards, or board a simulation courier flight for fun and experience. The second floor comprises interactive games and special labs for participants of seminars and workshops. For example, the Van de Graaff generator dated back to 1930 for the purpose of atom acceleration is also shown here. Its metal cover will react to approaching metal stick with sparkles in between, while your hair will stand straight when touching the cover by hand. There is also scientific explanation on the board for a clearer picture.

The Kung Fu Panda Academy is an interactive challenge

that tests and trains a child’s mind and body, and teaches them powerful values that can be used to build stronger spiritual well-being. The Academy is consisted of five interactive zones,“Prepare to be a Kung Fu Master”, “Kung Fu Courage Training”, “Respect-Mr. Ping’s Noodle Shop”, “Leaps Training” and “The Final Test” . With different activities, the participants will be on the path to becoming a true ‘Kung Fu Master’. 濠江月明夜——孔子HAOJiANg mOONLigHt NigHt confucius作为今年澳门中秋节的重头戏，国家文化部、澳门民政总署及文化局

特别为观众带来由中国歌剧舞剧院倾心打造的大型原创民族舞剧《孔

子》，该剧将会在9月25至26日于澳门文化中心综合剧院隆重上演，

为澳门的中秋带来浓郁中华文化气息，是月圆之夜适合一家大小前往

观赏的好节目。

中秋节期间应邀来澳表演的大型原创民族舞剧《孔子》于2013年在

北京保利剧院首演后，曾巡回多地演出，更曾于美国纳斯达克时代广

场大型广告牌上作宣传，广获海内外人士赞赏。来自中国歌剧舞剧院

的近60位舞者通过雄浑厚重的音乐节奏、华丽古典的服饰变换、冲击

强烈的视觉画面、气势宏大的舞美制景、美轮美奂的编舞设计，震撼

舞出孔子的生命历程、人文情怀、精神特质和智慧光芒。

该剧分为《序•问》、《乱世》、《绝粮》、《大同》、《伤殃》、

《尾声•乐》六部分，整台舞剧大气磅礴、制作精良、意蕴深邃、庄

谐并呈、雅俗共赏。孔子第77代后裔孔德辛亲自担任该剧的编导和策

划，2012年第十届“桃李杯”古典舞青年组金奖获得者胡阳一舞倾

城，以其纯熟的舞技，飘逸流畅的表演生动诠释了孔子厚重跌宕的一

生和蔚为壮观的儒学道观，堪称情与技的完美统一。作为中国歌剧舞

剧院的最新一部呕心巨制，整部剧中的舞蹈精彩纷呈，惊喜连连。在

中国和世界刮起尊孔崇儒的新风和儒家思想正经历一场复兴的今天，

大型原创舞剧《孔子》的惊艳问世和首次访澳演出无疑具有深刻而丰

富的启示意义。

孔子精神

舞剧《孔子》的故事展示了孔子周游列国的生命历程，这是不断碰壁

的旅程。是完成梦想的不归途，是求“仁”而不得的坎坷路。乱世，

国君昏庸，沉溺女色，问政孔子，却又形同虚设；群臣奸佞独断，勾

心斗角。孔子进谏，推行礼制仁政，却屡屡遭拒。宫廷的争斗累及孔

子，他被迫奔亡。在危困绝粮的风雪之中，孔子仿佛见到了理想的大

同世界……

而现实依旧是战争频仍，百姓流离失所。黑暗中，归途里，幽兰操不

再是自伤自怜的琴歌，而是任重道远的颂唱。看似归途，大“道”仍

在路上……



Confucius, a dance drama performed by China National

Opera & Dance Drama Theatre (CNODDT) and co-organized by The Ministry of Culture of PRC, The Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) and The Cultural Affair Bureau is this year’s highlight for Mid-Autumn Festival in Macau. the Confusion family, with Hu Yi-yang, an award-winning dancer, as the leading role who illustrates Confucius’ ups and downs plus thinking with excellently skillful dancing. This major work of CNODDT is certainly of great significance when Confucianism is undergoing a renaissance.

ConfuCianism

The drama is about the tour of Confucius across the countries in ancient China. It was not a journey of satisfaction, but of rejection and termination. The then status quo was chaotic with Confucius’ emperor being nothing but a useless womanizer, simply ignoring all the just words of the philosopher. On the road of exile as the consequence of political unease, the helpless philosopher was stuck in a snowstorm, starving, but in a trance the ideal world of kingdom seemed revealed…Yet in reality, war continued, people still went homeless. During his way home, though the eternal truth was still afar and beyond the present, he was not full of pain anymore, but more determined to pursue it persistently.
