Offshore Transition Approach
Phase 1: Knowledge Acquisition • Client SMEs to conduct knowledge transfer sessions for CES’s support
team • Provide background/overview of organization, business, users,
interfaces, releases, plans, etc.• Detailed class-room training, walk-through, and exercises covering
functionality, architecture, design, specifications, code, database, testing material, build/implementation, operations, etc.
Phase 2: Offshore Transition Planning • Develop a first-cut project management plan document • Define infrastructure needs and initiate procurement and installation
