Physiotherapy Service In sitting, imagine a piece of string is attached to the top of your head drawing you up towards the ceiling (Fig A). In this position slowly move your head through the available range keeping your mouth relaxed. Flex your head forward as if looking down towards the floor (Fig B). Physiotherapy Service

In sitting, imagine a piece of string is attached to the top of your head drawing you up towards the ceiling (Fig A).

In this position slowly move your head through the available range keeping your mouth relaxed.

Flex your head forward as if looking down towards the floor (Fig B).

Extend your head backwards to look up towards the ceiling (Fig C).
