On June 18, 2010, this Court entered an order suppressing as evidence certain evidence offered under both a motion to admit prior bad acts and a motion to admit evidence under 725 ILCS 5/115-7.4, to wit: (1) testimony of Victoria Connelly; and (2) testimony of Eric Peterson and Anna Dornan. 3.
