BACKGROUND
CEPH is managed by Bill Papapetrou, a certified practicing accountant with over 30
years experience in delivering business and financial management services. Bill has
worked in small businesses and multinationals and has run his own business. He has
worked in many industries including Banking, Financial Services, Agribusiness, Textiles,
Wholesale Distribution and Construction.
Major strengths include linking strategic business objectives with accounting
systems, commercial acumen, organisational and financial management, coaching and
mentoring , and OHS training & consulting.

financial support to small to medium organisations to ensure growth, prosperity and
