Outputs

Each LPS unit output circuit is configured as "maintained / non-maintained”. This operating mode is assigned to all non-electric line communication (non-ELC) luminaires connected to said circuit.

If luminaires with electric line communication (ELC) are used, the "maintained / non-maintained" operating mode is individually configured on each luminaire and is independent of the circuit configuration.

The DaisaTest application (through the LPSLan communication accessory) can monitor and control an indefinite number of devices.

22 Centralised unit|DaisaTestSystem

DaisaTestSystemA Daisatest System is a

type of emergency lighting installation capable of monitoring the status of each centralised unit and

emergency luminaire.

The system is compatible with installations due to the use of autonomous luminaires and centralised systems. It is

capable of including the two integrated systems in the same software in a single

installation.

The communication technology for centralised systems

is known as ELC (electric line communication) and

does not require a specific communication cable. The

central battery's own power cable to the luminaires also

carries the communication signal between the emergency luminaires and the system.

Based on the EN 50172 and EN 62034 (IEC 62034) standards,

the system constantly monitors and supervises the status of the installation. It runs regular operating

and duration tests on the centralised unit and

luminaires.

It makes maintenance proposals based on criteria previously set by the user.
