Fiſteen state officials represenng the Department of Transportaon, the Housing and Community Development Authority, and the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs visited Richmond and toured project sites in the Center City area of our city. “The most excing thing was the way the community members, who told their stories, helped e this all together,” said Tony Foster, city director of Metropolitan Development. “All of our speakers were able to give that personal connecon to why they chose to make this community their home.” (as reported by Bill Engle on May 14th on www.pal-item.com) Center City, on behalf of the Stellar Development Team, would like to thank everyone that helped make that day posively stellar!
