EUROPEAN COMMISSION Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs CPR 09/4a/1 AMENDMENT TO MANDATE M/114 TO CEN CONCERNING THE EXECUTION OF STANDARDISATION WORK FOR HARMONIZED STANDARDS ON CEMENT, BUILDING LIMES AND OTHER HYDRAULIC BINDERS Taking into account the provisions of Article 17(1) of Regulation EU 305/2011 and in order to extend the existing mandate M/114 to cover in harmonised product standards recent developments in the same product area, Annexes 1, 2 and 3 of mandate M/114 to CEN are herewith replaced by the following Annexes. Note for the reader: changes in the mandate are indicated with green.
