The Windy Hill functions department can arrange all your decorations to give you what your function needs. Our preferred supplier of decorations is PARTY’S BALLOONS.

Together with them, we will make your function just how you want it, all you need to do is sit back & enjoy!

Balloons can be air or helium filled, in any shape or colour you wish. Helium balloons on the ceiling, table centers or bunches of balloons, even Topiary trees can be made ~ the choice is endless!

Food and Beverage MenusThe Essendon Football Club Windy Hill Venue is the sole caterer for all functions. Suggested menus are selected from a range of food and beverage items, but we are pleased to offer other options to suit your specificrequirements.

No food or berverage items are to be brought onto the premises except for ONE celebration cake which must be used as part of your event.

Please note: Every effort is made to maintain prices, however prices quoted for events are subject to CPI. Management reserves the right to adjust the price quoted for catering by no more than 3%. Decorations and technical requirementsDecoration and technical requirements other than those available in the function room can be arranged. No signage or display material is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to any surface of the complex.

Dress CodeEssendon Football Club Windy Hill Venue function rooms have a dress code of neat casual. No singlets or rubber thongs are permitted.

Smoking PolicySmoking areas are provided outside.

Condition of Entry Allnon-membersofEFCWindyHillVenuearerequiredtosignthevisitors’bookuponentry.

Bond PolicyA $200.00 bond is payable as a part of the deposit for all functions. Essendon Football Club reserves the right to retain the bond if any irregular cleaning or repairs are required following the completion of the function. This will be fully refunded should the venue be left in a satisfactory condition.

Security Guard PolicyEssendon Football Club Windy Hill Venue reserves the right without liability to exclude or eject any objectionable persons from the function area. Some reasons include, but are not limited to, under-age drinking, drunkenness and antisocial behaviour.Where applicable a compulsory security guard fee will be charged. This helps us cover the cost of hiring professional security guard(s), which are crucial to ensure the smooth running of your function. As a guide thisfeeis$130.00forlessthan120guestsinattendanceand$260.00for120ormoreguestsinattendance.However, EFC management reserves the right to advise whether one or more guards are required and as such, charge the applicable fee.

We do not tolerate under age drinking or any persons who assist under age drinking.
