The DetailsCOPPERSTONE INNCopperstone Inn is a luxury Bed and Breakfast located on our 130 acre private estate. Just a few steps from The Pavilion , host up to 14 guests in our seven luxurious suites , all includ ing spacious quarters with private baths and amenities.

BRIDAL SUITEWe offer brides the option of using their own private bridal suite, where you and your bridal party can relax prior to the wedding ceremony and reception. Our spacious suite includes a kitchen, one bathroom and lounge area.

The bridal suite is available the day of your event from 8:00am - 11:00pm.

WEDDING COORDINATOROur wedding coordinator guides you along the wedding planning process. You can rely on our wedding coordinator to assist with questions and suggestions, as well as coordinating day-of logistics.

Planning GuidelinesPAYMENT:To secure your date, a deposit in the amount of 33% of the total rental is required to secure your wedding date. The second payment is due 180 days prior to your event. The final balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

A damage deposit of $1,000.00 is due 30 days prior to your event date. We will hold the check pending assessment of the facility.

CANCELLATION:If you cancel after your deposit has been received by The Pavilion, your deposit will be forfeited.

GUEST COUNT:Final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. A $10.00 per person fee will apply for guest counts over 300.

MUSIC:All music must end at 11:00 PM Friday-Sunday.

CATERERS:All food and beverages must be serv ic ed by Henrici’s Catering , The Pavilion’s Exclusive Caterer.
