OBITUARY

Larry Lee Burton, 62 of Lavonia, GA went into Heavenly rest

on July 11, 2019. He was born on November 16, 1956 in Hartwell,

GA to the late L.B. Gaines and the late Maggie Mae Johnson.

Larry graduated from Hart Count High School and worked as a

construction worker until he retired. Larry was a loving and nur-

turing father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Preceding him in death are his parents and sister Lou Gene

Johnson.

Larry is survived by his daughter Latasha Burton of Lavonia;

brothers: Kym Johnson, Tim Johnson both of Lavonia, GA; two sis-

ters: Laura Ann Johnson, Mary (Roy) Morrison, both of Lavonia,

GA; three grandchildren: Desta Burton, Garrious Woods and

Geormayln Wells; one great grandchild Omari Amir Donley: a host

of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
