Your group reservation is considered tentative until a completed booking form and deposit are received.
All unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled after a 7 day period.
Deposit payment may be made via cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In the regrettable situation that you need to cancel your booking, notification is required and the following fees will apply:
Less than (14) days prior – 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than (7) days prior – 100% of the deposit will be retained.
Number Of Guests
The minimum number of guests required for a dinner booking is 30 people.
The final number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the booking date; which will be charged to your account.
Arrival Time
To avoid any delays of service, please ensure that all your guests arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time.
Dietary Requirements
On the basis of any special dietary requirements or allergy-related requirements, Terindah Estate requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to ensure all your needs are catered for.
Food & Beverage
All menus are based on seasonal produce and are subject to change.
