Ceinsys Cadastral Solutions Description The cadastre is a technical term for a set of records showing the extent, value and ownership (or another basis for use or occupancy) of land. In India, most of the cadastral records are very old (post- independence) and also available in hard copy. To preserve and continuous upgradation of these records, Government of India come up with cadastral reform program, i.e. Digital India Land Record Reform Program (DILRMP).
