NAKAJIMA Keiji 83-4, Amagawa, Maebashi, Gunma 371-0802, Japan 中島啓治 〒371-0802 群馬県前橋市天川町 83-4 はじめに 南ヶ谷湿地は,群馬県利根郡新治村,みなかみ町が境界 を接する大峰山の西側斜面,標高 1040m の緩やかな平坦面 に位置する.大峰山には階段状の地形が発達し,東側斜面 の標高 1010m には大峰沼がある. 南ヶ谷湿地は, 2.5 万分の 1 地形図「猿ヶ京」では,ひょ うたん型の窪地として示される地滑りによる凹地であり, 湧水に涵養されミズゴケ,ヨシなどの生えた湿地が発達し ている(図 1). 調査地域と調査方法 今回分析に用いた材料は,南ヶ谷プロジェクトの和田晴 美氏が採取した試料を使用した. 試料は,植物繊維を含む黒褐色泥炭である. 南ヶ谷湿地の珪藻の採集番号は,2011.6.4 採集の ①水 の出口付近,②№ 4 表面,③№ 4-30cm,④№ 4-50cm,⑤ № 4-60cm,⑥№ 4-70cm,⑦№ 4-80cm,⑧№ 4-90cm,⑨ № 6- 表面,⑩№ 6-14cm,⑪№ 6-30cm,⑫№ 6-50cm,⑬ № 6-60cm,⑭№ 7-50cm,⑮№ 7-70cm,⑯№ 9-50cm, 2011.7.9 採集の⑰下湿地,⑱上湿地 である. 生態については,特に記してない場合は主として渡辺ほ か(2005)を参照した(図 2). 要旨:群馬県北西部みなかみ町大峰山の西側斜面に位置する南ヶ谷湿地の珪藻類を報告する.今回の調査 では堆積物も含めた南ヶ谷湿地の珪藻として,明らかになったのは31属59種,22変種,計81分類群であっ た.湿地の遷移は,-90㎝の下部から,全体として酸性の沼沢地で始まり,流水の水域に,やがて止水域 となった. キーワード:珪藻類,南ヶ谷湿地,尾瀬沼 Abstract: This paper reports occurrence of diatoms in six freshwater stations of Nangaya moor. Abstract: This paper reports occurrence of diatoms in six freshwater stations of Nangaya moor. The area surveyed is situated west of the Mt. Omine. As far as I observed, 81 species belonging to 31 genera (including forms and varieties) were found in the samples examined. The species of the genera Eunotia and Pinnularia are the most common. The species of the genera Gomphonema and Navicula are also rather common. A distinctive character of the diatom flora of the Nangaya moor is discussed based upon the author’s data. The species of the genera Eunotia are the most common in these areas. The species of the genera Navicula and Pinnularia are also rather common.
