A CDIB Card is NOT Indian Insurance! CHIPRA/SoonerCare Program Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa (IHCRC) provides comprehensive medical services to the Native Americans in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. These include: Behavioral Health Dental Clinic Health Education & Wellness Medical Optometry Clinic Pediatric Pharmacy Substance Abuse Women Infants and Children (WIC) Your Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or tribal membership card does provide access for outpatient services at an Indian facility such as IHCRC or an IHS or tribal clinic/hospital. However, your CDIB or tribal card does not guarantee insurance coverage for emergency or referral services that you or your family may need now or some time down the road. Be prepared! We have our Eligibility staff available to help you identify the resources that are available to you. Stop by the IHCRC booth and our expert staff will assist you in not only identifying what you and your family qualify for but will assist you in signing up for SoonerCare or Medicaid. They can also answer your general questions about our services available to you. Or, you can always drop by our main clinic located at 550 S. Peoria Avenue in Tulsa or call (918) 588-1900.
