2. Using template from www.cddvdenvelope.info create your
custom CD/DVD envelope or sleeve You can easily do it on your own,
but the template makes it much easier.
3. Fold the piece of paper in two horizontally along line
#1
4. Fold each corner along lines #2. It is important to fold the
paper both toward the back and toward the front several times.
5. Fold each side along lines #3. It is very important to fold
the sides toward the back of the envelope only. It is hard to
perfectly fold along the lines especially if you are in a hurry or
doing many. A helpful hint is if you are going to error go over on
the bottom. Going over on the bottom just slightly and only folding
the sides to the back makes the back side slightly smaller.
6. The trickiest step... Fold the corners to the inside of the
envelope along lines #2.
7. Fold the sides to the inside of the envelope along lines #
3.

9. Fold the excess length of the back over the top to the
front.
10. Unfold the excess back, then tuck it into the envelope. The
back goes just behind the front but in front of the sides and
corners that are folded in.
11. If you want to secure the disc into the envelope to mail it
or store the CD or DVD, untuck the excess back, put in the CD then
tuck the back over top of the disc. If mailing the envelope I would
put a little extra tape on it
