Where were you born?Tom was born in Detroit, Michigan and Denise was an Air
Force baby born in Grand Forks, North Dakota and raised in Littleton.
How long have you lived in the area?19 years.
What do you like most about it?We love the everyday conveniences of Highlands Ranch
and then we love how convenient it is to get to the moun-tains, down-town or the Denver Tech Center.
How long have you worked in Real Estate?
Tom started in 1996 a er starting as a
lender and Denise joined him in the business in 1999 a er a career in interior design and retail store sales and store plan-ning.
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with?
We specialize in the South Metro Area servicing Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Parker. Our marketing plan allows us the exibility to work with all price ranges and that diversity helps us in servicing our clients moving up or scaling down because we are actively working the entire market.
What is the most challenging part of what you do? e constant change of the Real Estate market is a chal-
lenge. e ever-changing economy, the ups and downs in pricing, the trends in styles and upgrades de nitely keep us busy. We are always learning.
What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working?Tom is an avid golfer, loves to
 sh, ski, and gen-
erally staying busy outdoors. Denise loves to hike, walk our golden retriever, and together we love to eat out and travel and socialize.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house?
Keeping up the little updates/upgrades and being diligent with the” to do” list so that you do not have di ered mainte-nance. It adds up when you try to do it all at once right before you sell.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house?
Buying a home should be exciting not stressful! While searching for homes, embrace di erent styles and features that may be di erent from what you had. Buyers should not choose their home because it seems like “a deal” they should buy the home they like best.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate?
Once while showing, a buyer in the Wildcat Ridge neighborhood in February an emu came run-ning loose, down the snowy street out of nowhere. You don’t see that every day!

How long have you lived in the area?My whole life.
What do you like most about it?I love all the diverse living in Colorado. From mountain
living to an urban lifestyle in Denver, with that brings so much culture to our state.
How long have you worked in Real Estate?7.5 years
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with?
I o er the nest level of service and utilize cutting-edge re-sources. To me, every client is just as important as the next whether I’m working with y thousand to over one mil-lion in real estate. I give my clients the VIP Treatment. I’m well known for my professionalism, leadership and ability to stay ahead of the curve. Not only is my work e cient, but I successfully complete each task at hand with a high level of precision.
What is the most challenging part of what you do?
In real estate, there are always new challenges. Every transac-tion challenges me to become a better agent and more knowl-edgeable in the business. Every client has a unique situation and looks to me to meet those needs. My job is to overcome those challenges and put my skills and expertise to work. at is also, what I love about my job; it keeps me on my toes.
What do you most enjoy doing when you are not work-ing?
I truly enjoy spending time with family and friends. It’s what makes life so beautiful!
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house?
Interview agents that bring you their selling stats to back-up why they can and will sell your home.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house?
Work with an agent that listens to your needs, not an agent that throws your home buying needs out the door just to rush the process and get you quickly into a home.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encoun-tered while working in Real Estate?
I nd it unusual when people are trying to sell their home and know that an agent’s made an ap-pointment to show their property and they’ve le the home in shambles, i.e. (underwear on the oor, dinner from the night before on the stove, dirty dish-es on the counters.)

Where were you born?Boulder, Colorado
How long have you lived in the area? 13 years
What do you like most about it? A er living in New Mexico, Arizona,
Pennsylvania and South Korea I chose to come back to Colorado for the wonderful weather and great views. It helped that I stayed connected with my friends while I served in the Air Force so it was fun to be home.
How long have you worked in Real Estate? Two years
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with?
My background in real estate has pri-marily been working with bank owned residential properties and managing commercial properties. I am currently working with buyers and sellers; how-ever, I am working on growing my com-mercial business as well.
What is the most challenging part of what you do? Creating a name for myself in a very competitive occupa-
tion.
What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working? Spending time with my family, performing stand-up com-
edy and playing guitar.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house?
Anyone agent can sell a home for you, but a good agent will make the process easy and fun. Interview and pick the right agent because you will want someone you trust when you look to sell or purchase a home in the future. Your re-
lationship with your agent shouldn’t end when the deals closes.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house?
Similar to the previous answer, however, you really need to make sure you have the right lender working with you. By right lender, I mean someone who will put you in the loan you can a ord, not the loan you qualify for. ey will look out for your bottom line and keep your payments where you want them.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate?
While showing a home, we (my clients and I) discovered the occupants’ snake had gotten out of its cage and was watch-ing us just feet from our heads on top of a computer desk.
