TERMSStandard payment terms and conditions: First Health-care Products (FIRST) FIRST reserves the right to revise all terms and condtions at any time, without prior notice. Warranty: Our exclusive 5 year warranty means that your FIRST product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to providing a replacement product or a refund for replaced product at FIRST’s descretion.

Pricing/Order entry errors: Claims for pricing or order entry errors must be made no later than 20 days from receipt of invoice.Return goods policy: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and compliance with shipping instructions provided by the FIRST customer service department. All goods must be returned on a prepaid basis. A minimum restocking charge of 30% is made on all authorized returns for credit, providing the item is received in resalable condition.

First five year warranty February 2012 First Healthcare Products Inc. (FIRST) warrants CuraCart products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for five (5) years. FIRST’s warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at FIRST’s option, of defective products which have been reported by the purchaser to be defective in workmanship or material and which are found to be so by FIRST upon inspection. Return of defective products must be authorized by FIRST in advance. FIRST will assume no responsibility for any labor charges unless agreed to in writing by FIRST’s corporate office. The customer shall be responsible for all maintenance service consisting of lubricating and cleaning of the product, minor assembly and adjustment and performing operating checks. FIRST will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence, or accident or if the customer fails to perform the maintenance service referred to above.
