CC Solutions’ MTS simplifies documentation administration for users, effectively increasing information accuracy, and reducing the time and cost necessary to complete ECA and EXIM financing packages.
Designed to ease of data entry and report generation, MTS provides a platform that can be readily navigated, reviewed and updated by users.
reporT GenerATion
MTS automatically generates ECA forms, filled-in and ready for certifying signature. Users need only date and sign the required reports for submission.
Procurement data, contact information, and eligible calculated content are automatically produced by the system onto the actual government documents, including those of EXIM Bank.
MTS also generates non-EXIM management reports useful to procurement, finance, and executive teams. Featured MTS management reports include: invoice reports, purchase order reports, real-time eligibility tracking reports (according to EXIM content categories), change order reports, and data discrepancy reports.
disbursemenT plAnninG
MTS identifies which documents and related procurement, invoice, change order and shipping information are required to be obtained from which party, and by which date, to meet target disbursement schedules.
The application is a precise tracking tool that can help ECA users manage required disbursement documentation from multiple parties, minimize discrepancies, and reduce the risk of having packages rejected by ECAs.
informATion securiTy
Since the MTS application will be web-based, users can enter data, review information, and generate reports and required EXIM forms from remote locations. No other application in the market provides comprehensive web-based solutions for EXIM administration.
MTS provides central storage of procurement and finance data, and it may be made to interact with other management systems. The MTS protects, secures and validates user data.
ecA master Tracking system(Patent Pending)
cc solutions has developed the master Tracking system (“mTs”), a proprietary, groundbreaking web-based management application that helps users streamline administration of export credit Agency (“ecA”) transactions.
ECA finance participants record critical transaction data into the MTS, including procurement and finance details. The system calculates eligibility for ECA purposes, and leads users through disbursement requirements, such as those of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (“EXIM”). MTS automatically generates completed documents, and required EXIM forms associated with each drawdown.
The abilities to plan disbursements, manage and create execution versions of required EXIM documentation, and track EXIM eligibility amounts, are unique features of MTS.
