After two sessions of CBRT Relaxation Support Sessions experienced as an individual - 28 users were asked how often they had been bothered by the problem of “Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge.” Their responses - taken before Session One and after Session Two were: • “Nearly every day” - reduced from 18% to 7%; • “Several days” - increased from 29% to 7%; • “More than half the days” - reduced from 32% to 11%;• “Not at all” - increased from 21% to 43%.
