    Online shopping or e-shopping is a formof electronic commerce

    Allows consumers to directly buy goods orservices from a seller over the Internet usinga web browser.

    There are a large number of e-tailers that aregaining popularity these days like flipkart,myntra, olx, amazon etc .

    The convenience sampling method:Source of the sample is Limited to Delhi city.Keeping in mind the objectives of the study, a structured

    questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting theprimary Data.

    A part from variables like : Gender, Age and overall customersatisfaction were collected and percentage method was used

    for this study.

    62 consumers (Respondents) ofwere taken.

    Out of the total 62,32 were femalesand rest 30were males

    and the age group of therespondents was between 18 to 65.

    Method of Data collection

    Primary data have been collected with the help ofstructured questionnaire by respondent field

    survey method.

    In case of secondary data we used internetwebsites, journals, newspaper etc.

    For this study collected data has been processed andtabulated by the way of tables & graphs.

    The data was presented with the helps of Bar-Diagram, Pie-Chart and Tables.

    LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

    The result of the study are specific to thesample selected and dimensions used.

    Hence, they may not be generalized for overallpopulation.

    Actually this study is limited in sample size.

    CONCLUSION most of the respondents are satisfied with online shopping

    Many people still go to retail store to see the products major factor contributing to online shopping is lower prices

    . Delay in delivery has emerged as one of the major factors

    causing problem in shopping online online shopping is becoming popular day by day

    Many companies are realizing the opportunities of theecommerce industry
