I. Production StatusTiancheng uses DCS automated control system and continuous automated production equipment. The productioncapacity of PTAC is 30,000 tons/year with good quality, high stability. We established a complete quality control system. We detect products with advanced equipments such as USAgilent 7890A Gas Chromatograph, Japan Shimadzu LC-10AT Liquid Chromatograph, and Switzerland MetrohmAutomatic Potentiometric Titrator to ensure the advancement and reliability of production process and producttesting.
II. Properties of ProductsLiquid Cationic Reagent is a kind of multi-application fine chemical products. The main chemical composition is3-Chloro-2- hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride. Molecular Formula is C6H15Cl2NO. Molecular weightis 188.10. Structural formula is as following:
1). Product Properties Indicators:
2). Product FeaturesCompared with most domestic products, our PTAC 1881 is more stable in quality, higher in purity, and higherin degree of reaction. In addition, the effective solid content is higher and the degree of frozen crystallinity islower. Our PTAC 1881 is applicable to use for all seasons.Compared with the solid reagent, this product is used without preparation or easy to prepare and there is nowater absorption phenomenon. The effective ingredients won’t change during storage and transportation.
3). ApplicationReagent can immediately convert to epoxy structure under alkaline conditions and can achieve productscationization reacted with base material, like starch and guar gum. The polymeride possesses cationicproperties after introduction of reagent perssad. The features are following.① Increase the adhesive strength;② Increase affinity for anionic substances;③ Increase the solubility of water-insoluble substances.
