“Stories Under the Stars” at the Shrine
This year at Catholic Kids and Youth Camps we are going to investigate the
stories of the Bible. We will explore how the Bible can be a guide to help us
live today. In the Bible there are countless stories of overcoming obstacles,
growing in faith, and witnessing God’s mighty power. Through the telling of
these stories, we will learn how to have Faith, Hope, Heart, and Confidence
in ourselves and in our church.
Catholic Kids Camp (Elementary) Camp One: June 21-23, 2019
Camp Two: June 24-27, 2019
Registration forms can be found in the Narthex. Register early! Camp two
always fills quickly. Space is limited to the first 20 campers in each session.

Shrine Caretakers - Job Opening
The Shrine of St. Therese is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Married Caretaker Couple to live-on-site. The Caretaker Couple are first and foremost ministers of hospitality. The successful candidates will, like St. Therese, find God in the details of visitor interaction, housekeeping and maintenance of the Shrine grounds and facilities.

Family Promise of Juneau
Volunteer Training!
Family Promise of Juneau will hold volunteer training on Monday, June 10, 2019, from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at Shepherd of the Valley Church, 4212 Mendenhall Loop Road.
The training will enable volunteers to interact with guests as well as serve as overnight hosts, day center volunteers and van driv-ers.
