Based on industry-standard, the electromagnetic drive can meet changing automation needs, including greater demands on equipment design and performance expectations. The electromagnetic drive employs the center-mount electromagnet arrangement, combined with a redesigned cross arm that delivers a simple, but effective and efficient means to power the unit consistently over the range of operation. Three spring banks join the base with the cross arm to provide consistency, stability, and simplified tuning. The round base construction provides an appealing and functional design. Cylindrical Bowls These bowls provide a constant feed of components. They are ideal for small components, but have restricted capacity for some applications.

Conical Bowls A conical bowl provides a higher capacity and with an increase in radius, assists with the presingulation of components. Where necessary, the standard track width, track pitch and the amount of tracks can be adapted to suit the application. The closed track type is particularly suitable for pharmaceutical applications.
Stepped Bowl Stepped bowls have a larger feeding track width and are particularly suited to pre-orientation of components. The capacity is larger than that of a cylindrical bowl. A further advantage is

MSN:[email protected] Skype: syj_work Linear Drives As parts discharge from a vibratory bowl feeder, it is important to maintain feed rate as parts convey horizontally to their next processing point. Likewise, as parts feed from the discharge end of the linear track, it is critical to have controlled vibration so that a smooth transition occurs and any whipping motion in the track is eliminated. To control these factors, we designed and developed our vibratory mount linear drive. These units are exceptionally stable, assuring precise track alignment and consistent part positioning. The design of the Linear Drive provides ample power to handle a wide range of linear tracks. Tuning is made simple due to the substantial base weight relative to the weight of the conveying track.
In addition to the advantages of the adjustable spring angles, the flexible fastening and the inter-changeable tracks, the series LD-600 and LD-1000 feature an increased track length which ranges from 400 –3000 mm. Extra spring packs and / or magnets are also available for special applications. Bulk Supply hopper
Vibratory supply hoppers are designed for the controlled feeding of bulk parts into bowl feeders. The vibrating tray under the bin is turned on and off by a paddle switch or other sensor in the bowl. The feed rate is set by adjusting the door opening in the bin and adjusting the amplitude of the vibrating tray (which is regulated by the controller).
Efficiently Elevate Parts that tend to bridge In applications where the part's shape or size hinders free-flow from conventional hoppers, the BEH (Belt Elevator Hopper) feeds parts directly from the supply hopper onto a cleated belt, thus eliminating the need for an intermediate trough feeder between the hopper and belt elevator. This design is advantageous in applications where product tends to bridge, reventing the parts from flowing readily from the throat of the supply hopper.

Orienting & Elevating Feeder The Orienting and Elevating Feeder (OEF) is built to handle a wide range of round, lightweight parts such as caps, lids and plastic discs. The OEF is designed to draw parts from its hopper via a cleated belt. Parts rest on these cleats and advance to a vertical elevator section where orientation occurs. Parts with their heavy side toward the belt remain on the cleat. A cam bar and/or air jet directs the part through an external side discharge chute on to their next destination. All other parts over-balance and fall off the cleat, back into the hopper.

Unscrambling, Transferring and Accumulation Turntables
The unscrambling/transferring and accumulation turntables are designed to load your containers onto the filling machine line. Turntables can be added to your existing line or purchased with a complete filling system. Turntable tops are available in polished stainless steel or polyethylene. They are cut to crate a perfect circle. They are adjustable. Turntables are powered tables that unscramble and load bottles onto the conveyor. Centrifugal Feeder
Sometimes it’s simply not enough to feed and orient parts. Sometimes what you really need is high-speed orientation. Parts such as screws, bolts, rivets and tapered roller bearings are fed easily and quickly. Parts with small, differential diameters can also be handled.
These units feature counter-rotating rolls that are set in a declined position. The counter rotation feeds and orients the parts to the discharge point. These rolls will not bind or grip the parts and are extremely sensitive to fine tolerances. Fully adjustable For precise unit alignment and part feeding, the power roll decline is adjustable to 15 degrees. Rolls can be spaced up to 50mm apart in either a parallel or angular configuration for desired orientation. In addition, photo eyes also available to control parts under back pressure.
