The STAUFF Hire range of filtration equipment provides

Operation:

The Desorber D10 hire unit is designed to remove water from oil through a patented desorption principle. The desorption process is based on the principle that heated air can effectively hold large quantities of water. In the Desorber, oil preheated to 60°C is met by a counter flow of cold, dry air. Heated very quickly by the hot oil, the air will absorb any water present until saturation is reached.

The Desorber D10 is unaffected by viscosity - range ISO VG 32-150 and additive packages. The Desorber treats mineral oils as well as synthetic fluids, and stable emulsions.

The Desorber can dry oil down to a water content of < 200 ppm, removing 0.2 litres of water per hour, depending on the oil type.

Operation:

The PTU3 Filter Separator is a portable off-line oil filtration system / oil separator, combining fine filtration with water separation all in one unit, with an integrated variable speed driven circulating pump. They are designed for use in applications containing hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, lubrication oil, and others, in which water condensation or ingress is a constant or recurrent problem.

It can also be customised to function as a Filter Separator removing water by coalescence, while at the same time minimize oil contamination levels of particles and oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish). The same unit can be converted to function as a Fine Filter, ideal for controlling oil contamination levels of particles, water and degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish).

Operation:

The STAUFF PRESS - Manual Hand Pump pre-assembly device consists of a hand-pump pressure unit with a working piston and a pushing head. For assembly, one tool set is required per tube outside diameter. The assembly is carried out by pumping the assembly lever.

The correct pre-assembly is determined by the required pressure displayed on the pressure gauge.

As a manual device it can be used on site. However, for frequent assemblies, clamping in a vice is recommended.

The STAUFF Press Assembly Machine SPR-PRC-POC allows the pressure/position-controlled pre-assembly and final assembly of cutting rings from the Extra-Light Series (LL), the Light Series (L) and the Heavy Series (S) according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353 on tube ends with outer diameters between 4 mm and 42 mm.

Operation:

The type SFO-F tube forming machine facilitates the economical and most reliable production of tube ends made of steel, stainless steel and other materials with a contour typical for the STAUFF Form tube forming system.

The machine is designed as a robust table-top device for continuous operation in the workshop. It is used in connection with FI-FST tube shapers and FI-FB clamping jaws. Tube shapers with FI-ID internal tube supports are used with selected tube dimensions, which prevent the tube from being constricted in the shaping area.

Operation:

The STAUFF DEBURR unit is a portable table top machine for internal and external deburring of tube ends. Proper connection and assembly of hydraulic lines demands clean deburring of tube ends to prepare the tube end for the pre-assembly of a cutting ring or flare, ensuring highest quality finished tube.

Tubes of all materials and quality grades are easily deburred within seconds. By pressing the end of the tube to the special tools made from high speed steel, the tube end if cleaned and any superfluous metal swarf from the inner and outer tube is thoroughly removed and collected in the integrated collecting box.
