All products are manufactured with high-tech equipment. The raw plastics used are pure and comply with the environmental standards in force. Each production batch is subject to inspections throughout the entire production cycle according to the normative references in force, which are reinforced by Plastiques GOSSELIN’s own criteria: inspections regarding leakproof, visual appearance, tightening torque, resistance, volumetry for graduated or calibrated bottles, etc.

Plastiques Gosselin offer a wide range of single use products intended for sampling and inoculation : pipettes, inoculating loops, blender bags, sampling tools such as cutlery, ladles or swabs, and accessories like spreaders, stirrers and tweezers. All these products are available either aseptic or ionised.

Packaging is perfectly adapted to suit the requirements of the market: single bags, multiple bags, and smaller internal boxes to facilitate the distribution of products. In an effort to respect hygiene standards and prevent any risk of particle contamination, all our products are protected by a polyethylene outer bag placed inside the boxes beforehand.

Product traceability is our key concern. Thanks to the product label on each box, we can retrace each production cycle. This label includes batch number, expiry date if the product has been ionised, and other information necessary to the user. In order to meet better

user’s expectations, traceability for example the expiry date generally appears on the sub-packaging of ionised bags.

All the materials used to manufacture the products in this range comply with the European directives in force, particularly those concerning the absence of heavy metals and the food compatibility.

An integrated ionisation unit using an electrical source decontaminates products directly after manufacturing. A beam of accelerated electrons is directed onto the products for decontamination. The energy thus liberated into the exposed matter destroys the micro-organisms without raising the temperature. The shelf life of our ionised products generally is three years from the ionisation date. After ionisation, a peel-away certificate of treatment is attached to each box. Thus our customers have immediate access to it upon receipt of the goods.

Chaque lot est soumis à des contrôles tout au long du cycle de production selon les référentiels normatifs en vigueur renforcés par des critères propres à Plastiques GOSSELIN :contrôles d’étanchéité, d’aspect visuel, de couples de serrage, de résistances, de volumétrie pour les produits gradués ou jaugés, ...

Plastiques Gosselin vous propose une large gamme de produits à usage unique destinés au prélèvement et à l’ensemencement :pipettes, inoculateurs, sachets malaxeurs, outils de prélèvement tels que couverts, louches ou écouvillons et accessoires comme des étaleurs, des spatules d’agitation et des pinces. Tous ces produits sont disponibles aseptiques ou ionisés.

Les conditionnements s’adaptent parfaitement à la demande du marché : sachet unitaire, sachet multiple, sous-conditionnements cartons pour une distribution plus aisée des produits. Dans un souci d’hygiène et afin d’éviter tout risque de contamination particulaire, tous les produits sont protégés par un sursac en polyéthylène préalablement posé à l’intérieur des cartons.

La traçabilité des produits est au centre de nos préoccupations. Grâce à l’étiquette produit apposée sur chaque carton d’emballage,

nous pouvons retracer chaque cycle de production. Cette étiquette reprend le numéro de lot, la date de péremption lorsque le produit est ionisé, ainsi que d’autres informations nécessaires à l’utilisateur. Afin de mieux répondre aux attentes des utilisateurs de nos produits, les indications de traçabilité dont la date de péremption figurent généralement sur tous les sous-conditionnements de sachets ionisés.

L’ensemble des matières constitutives des produits de cette gamme est conforme aux directives européennes en vigueur concernant, notamment, l’absence de métaux lourds et l’alimentarité.

Une unité intégrée d’ionisation par source électrique réalise la décontamination de nos produits dès la sortie de fabrication. Un faisceau d’électrons accélérés est dirigé sur les produits à traiter. L’énergie ainsi libérée dans la matière exposée, a pour effet de détruire, sans élévation de température, les micro-organismes. La durée de péremption des produits ionisés est généralement de trois ans à compter de la date d’ionisation. Après ionisation, un certificat de traitement est apposé sur chaque carton. Ce certificat détachable offre la possibilité à nos clients d’en disposer dès réception de la marchandise.
