OEM controller & inverter for innova H 50kw wind turbine.

Controller & Inverter:

Wattnier H 50kw blades were made by

vacuum infusion molding process

that will ensure the best strength and

quality.

Blades： Generator:

Wattnier -50kw wind turbine

has the largest swept area in

50kw wind turbines. It could

capture more wind energy in

the same wind speed.

Wattnier H-50kw rated rotor

speed is 60RPM. Low RPM

will bring the low noise level

and fewer loads to blades.

Wattnier H-50kw wind turbine

has the hydraulic brake

system and electronic brake

system. They will effectively

protect the wind turbine in

high wind speed.

Wattnier outer rotor generator has thebetter cooling performance than thetraditional generator. The workingtemperature range is from ℃℃-30 to 55The outer generator is in the front ofthe nacelle and always facing the wind.It is very suitable for the hot and dryarea installation.

Wattnier has the special anti-sand coatingon the blades, dome and nacelle. Thiswill protect the blades and nacelle inthe sand storm environment and ensurethe wind turbine 20 years design lifetime.

The efficient of generator isWattnier

more than 96%. The electronic yaw

control system keep the more stable

power output than the wind turbine

with tail.

Wattnier-H 10KW rated voltage is 350V

according to the voltage requirements

of SMA 5000A. The inverter efficiency

is about 96%, much higher than the

500V wind generator with 93% inverter

efficiency.

Wattnier-H 10kw is free maintenance design.

Do not need add lubricating oil in the design

lifetime. We use Japan NSK bearing and free

maintenance yaw gear box. Even some parts

need to be replaced, the design make it very

easy to replace.

Wattnier-H 10kw controller has the automatic

yaw control system and also could stop the

wind turbine manually. The dump load box

will protect the turbine and controller in the

overvoltage situation.
