Recently we have completed another phase of the growth of our company. The current producti-on facility has been expanded for the production plant in Chrastava. It is not only a start of a pro-duction plant, but in general it represents a qualitatively new stage of development of our com-pany. The individual top technologies are interlinked with the maximum emphasis on effi ciency of production and logistics and in combination with our sales service and a new information sys-tem we are able to off er the highest standard of realization for each order.Each order is processed by the means of the latest technologies. These technologies are the most advanced ones in their fi eld - off set printing machine KBA Rapida, in-line laminator Asitrade MP-C-III, automatic cutting machine Bobst VisionCut SPO 160PR, digital printing center in Hungary.We off er a high quality order processing, speed of realization and also the economic benefi ts of the cooperation with us.

Corrugated board productionWhat will it bring to you, the clients of Branaldi? A reduced realization time – we will produce the input material ourselves based exactly on the type of your order! We know what material is needed for a proper realization! Therefore, we can customize it! In the required quality and time! In addition, we have a sufficient capacity for each of you! And certainly the money – thanks to the single-face corrugator we will reduce time for realization and funding linked with the lo-gistics of the production of input material.

The history of corrugated cardboardThe origin of the principle of corrugated cardboard production was in 1871. Due to the gradual and dynamic development it has become a widely-used (packaging) material. Corrugated cardboard is produced by gluing of 1-3 layers of corrugated paper and 1 – 4 layers of flat paper, e.i. in the form of 2 – 7 layers sandwich-structure. In the first stage the paper goes to the corrugating desk with gluing machine. After drying and cooling procedure, the final product is vertically and horizon-tally formatted, or grooved. The characteristic corrugated middle layer resembling a truss adds to the cardboard the significant mechanical features.
