The D3O material in its raw state flows freely when moved slowly, but on shock, locks together to absorb and disperse energy, before instantly returning to its flexible state.

DECELL

Brings strain rate sensitivity to the athletic footwear market. Walk and the D3O Decell offers cushioning, remaining soft and flexible, but start running and the D3O reacts to each impact, providing the user shock absorption that traditional EVA’s can’t match.

MILICELL

A highly durable variety of underfoot material developed specifically for extreme markets such as the military sector.

PULSE

A footwear grade with impressive energy return capabilities that give impact energy back to the user at point of take off.

LITE

TRUST High Performance Helmet LinerD3O’s Trauma Reduction Unrivaled Shock Technology (TRUST) range of products has been developed specifically for harsh environments such as the law enforcement and military protection sectors. The TRUST High Performance Helmet Liner is the latest addition to D3O’s portfolio. As a proven supplier of shock absorbing materials that are particularly effective at preventing and reducing trauma, D3O aims to dramatically reduce the severity and occurrence of Traumatic Brain Injuries (mTBI and TBI) in

dismounted soldiers with the TRUST High Performance Helmet Liner solution.

This latest innovation has been developed to meet the requirements of the more stringent 14ft/sec Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) test methodology across a wide range of operational environments. D3O’s team of chemists and engineers have pushed the boundaries beyond cutting-edge world science and technology for blunt trauma protection in military helmets, working to a higher specification than the 10ft/s level seen in the marketplace. No helmet shock

absorption systems available today offer sufficient blunt trauma protection to attenuate the impacts. D3O has responded to the immediate need to accelerate research into helmet solutions.

D3O has utilised a combination of D3O’s globally patented technologies with energy absorbing geometries to create a truly ground-breaking, enhanced composition solution. To help achieve this, D3O has been awarded funding from the UK’s innovation agency, the Technology Strategy Board (TSB), who recognise the ultimate potential of a solution like this.

MOISTURE WICKING CAP

The moisture wicking cap is made of high grade fabrics focused specifically on wicking moisture away from the head.

These breathable materials are shaped to encourage sweat away from the forehead. The spacer fabric also enables airflow and provides an added benefit of comfort.

Developed to pass the HOSDB Blunt Trauma Protector standard, the TRUST Vest combines unrivaled flexibility with enhanced protection powered by D3O.

D3O recognised a market need for a protective garment aimed at minimizing the risk of injury to the limbs and torso from low velocity blunt trauma impacts, such as those caused by hand thrown missiles and hand yielded weapons.

Smart SkinIntroducing D3O Smart Skin – a disruptive technology designed to revolutionise the PPE market in the form of enhanced shock absorption solutions.

TRUST Limb ProtectorsThe TRUST knee and elbow sets have been engineered to offer long-term comfort and cushioning with easy-drop ergonomic design.

The Internal Knee and Elbows are developed to fit into Active Combat Uniform (ACU) trousers and tops.

The external Knee and Elbows are developed with industry standard elasticated strapping to reduce

pressure around the back of the limb and incorporate adjustable buckles.

The Tactical Soft Foam (TSF) knee does not use a tough shell, instead focusing on pure comfort, suitable for use on more even surfaces.

As with all TRUST products, these are available in “retail-ready” prackaging if required.
