Planned on market demand from the northern region, the event would draw together foundry fraternity and industry folks on a common platform. It’s an opportunity for foundry fraternity to share the interactive platform. Over the years we have been organising our foundry seminar in various parts of India like Pune, Mumbai, Kolhapur, and Coimbatore attended by eminent personalities of the foundry industry. We take the opportunity to address the foundry issues in the northern belt as well. The seminar will see highly interactive panel discussions on the burning issues related to foundry commercials; CSR policies & corporate governance; schemes for promoting investments in sustainable production; skill development; community development through MSMEs among others. The event will be graced by Vinod Kapur, ex-President, World Foundry Organisation, and Executive Chairman, Gargi Huttenes Albertus, who was recently felicitated with 'Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the 65 th Indian Foundry Congress in Kolkata. Supported by eminent personalities of the industry like Paneerselvam Ramaswamy, Principal Director - MSME Technology Development Centre, Ministry of MSME, Agra; Balram Kapoor, MD, JMP Industries; Viraj Naidu, MD, Disa India, Bangalore; Ajay Sikka, MD, Sharp Chucks and Machines Pvt Ltd, Batala; Rakesh Goel, MD, Rashtriya Engineering Works and many more. The seminar, through its technical sessions, will also discuss on the state-of-the-art technologies and equipment for production of castings.
