Casting.

Page 2: Casting

Rosie McCarthy, 17

Rosie’s dark hair and clothing appealed to me as I feel it fits in with my chosen genre – Indie pop.

Page 3: Casting

Bethan Howe, 16

Bethan is dressed smart and I feel her fashion sense also fits in with my chosen genre. However, the formality of her clothing is too much for my indie magazine.

Page 4: Casting

Jamie Egan,18

The clothing Jamie is wearing is very formal and does not fit in with my chosen genre. I also chose not to have a male model as my magazine is going to be about a girl group.

Page 5: Casting

Charlotte Martin, 17

Charlotte’s clothing and hair style complement my chosen genre. However her hair colour is not what I was looking for as I wanted two contrasting hair colours to feature in it.

Dan Harnett, 17

The clothing Dan is wearing is far too formal and does not fit in with my chosen indie genre. I also chose not to have a male model.

Page 7: Casting

Ellen Ronan, 18

Ellen’s dress matches my chosen theme however I feel the length and colour of her hair contradicts it as it is not eye-catching enough.

Page 8: Casting

Katie Bywater, 19

I have chose to use Katie as one of my models because I feel her hair colour and style fits in with my chosen indie genre and she is easy to photograph and work with.

Page 9: Casting

Emiliese Branion, 17

I have also chosen Emiliese as one of my models. This is because I feel her hair colour complements Katie’s nicely and together they will match the overall colour scheme of my magazine and stand out to the reader are they are completely different colours.
