Vebra s.r.l. was born at the end of the seventies as a manufacturer of building
machines and building equipment in general; the firm gradually focused its
business momentum on an innovative product which is obtaining more and
more enthusiastic acceptance in the building industry: i.e. formworks.
Since the beginning, the choice made by the firm was not mainly featured by
the attempt of consolidating results in terms of quantity produced, but by
making a product of the highest quality, in advantage of solidity and quickness
of assembly.
Our firm provides a better and much longer lasting alternative to traditional
framing wood panels, thus joining handiness, quickness of assembly,
convenience, flexibility and money-saving, since, through its range of
products, both the needs of small-medium industries and larger industries
may be satisfied.
Since 2002, with the entrance of new partners, our firm received new
energies for renovating and further improving a product that had already
been appreciated.
The main aim is to satisfy customers’ needs, by offering technical counselling
service and specialist assistance directly on the site.
The use of provisional equipment is subject to
prescriptions given by the laws and norms in
force in different countries.
The photographs reported in the present text
are extemporary images, documenting real
situations in working yards. For this reason,
the photographs cannot be considered as
representing the use of formworks and prop
scaffolding in accordance with the norms for
preventing accidents in the building industry.
The specific instructions and limitations for use
must be observed scrupulously. Whenever the
use of provisional equipment does not comply
with the scope of use or differs as regards size
and/or overloading from the settings defined
by functional drafts, a specific technical and
calculus report must be drawn up.
VEBRA reserves itself the right, without any
obligation of notice, to make changes and im-
provements in the provisional equipment de-
scribed in this text.

AR.CO
The AR.CO 600x3000 BC/12 panel is the natural evolution of the traditional framing wood panel. The AR.CO module is the ideal balance between solidity, handiness and flexibility of use (in fact with the same formwork it is possible to create running walls, ground moulds, small boundary walls and circular walls). Besides the standard 600 mm by 3000, 1500 and 600 mm measures, all sub-measures, from 550 mm up to the 50 mm panel, are available.
Technical features:• Materials: steel, pvc or multi-layer wooden plank • Coating: powder coating or, as an alternative, zinc-coating • Weight:59 Kg
Advantages: • lightness • modularity • flexibility of use • safety • long lasting (more than 300 casts)• quick setting up • easily cleanable • handiness of use (makes yard logistics easier)

AR.CO
With the AR.CO module it is possi-ble to make curved walls, by simply using our Uniblock R/100 vices and a trapezoid wooden compensation. In this example tanks for storing bio-mass have been created.

Whenever normal AR.CO panels are used, scarp walls with an inclination up to 10% may be built; for greater inclinations it is possible to use slightly modified modules.

MAIOR
The MAIOR panel reveals to be the ideal solution for building large surfaces, as it makes modu-le assembling fast and easy thanks to the low number of distancing bars used.

With our squares system for casting against the ground is possible to work quickly and in total safety, thanks to their easiness of use. The squares can be perfectly assembled with our standard panels, in order to reduce to a minimum the number of elements necessary to build the wall. With the double anchorage system, which is left in the foundations, the squares are able to resist the pressure of the concrete, allowing casting with a height of well over 3 metres. In this manner it is possible to build walls various metres tall in total safety (in the example here on the top there is a 5.40 m. tall cast).

Our multi-layer panel is entirely made of birch wood, covered with a phenol film of protective resin of 220/240 grams per sq. m. on both sides, thus ensuring a very high quality. It is possible, once the formwork panel has worn out, to substitute it without having to re-buy the who-le formwork.
As an alternative to the multi-layer panel covered with a phenol film, we provide a wainscot covered on both sides with a PVC layer, which allows an almost double duration as compared to normal plywood. The dimensions are identical to those available for the wainscot of birch wood only.

The hoisting hook used with formworks has been designed in order to be used with one hand only, and to allow a safe and quick hooking. Its correct use envisages that the pin be inserted in the holes for the spins and, once the hand keeping the compressed spring has been removed, the catch automatically blocks the hook. The single hoisting hook for AR.CO panels has a capacity load of 360 kg., whereas the hook for MAIOR panels has a capacity load of 400 kg.

IMPORTANT:1) Strictly respect the capacity load indicated on the label. 2) The optimal angle between the two towing cables is 60°3) Be careful to balance the weight before lifting. 4) The slinging must pass through the hooking hole. 5) It is important to check the lifting holes every three months, in accordance with Law D.P.R. 547/55. It is necessary to check the areas subject to greater strain, and, if deformations are present, the hooks must be substituted (on the contrary the manufacturer will decline any responsibility).
For a correct lifting of the formworks it is important for the lifting chains to be positioned as in the side picture.
32
Our props are characterized by the fact that they can both push and pull. In this way it is possible to plumb position the formworks on one side only, thus allowing the iron structures to be positioned on the opposite side (photo below).
