Introduction
CHEETEYE is a software application suite that helps casinos identify risks,
improve compliance and increase profits. It provides real-time views of
operational compliance and customer activity by converting data from
multiple sources into information that can be used to measure and manage
casino operations.
Traditionally, casinos have been protected by surveillance systems which
use cameras to watch activities taking place on a property. However, due
to the ever increasing use of electronic systems to control casino
processes, there are many fraudulent activities taking place that cannot be
seen with the eye. The fraud is taking place at the data level and hence, the
surveillance industry has coined the term “dataveillance” to refer to
systems like CHEETEYE.

Why Performance & Incident Management?
Accountability – Operational hours of casinos are not the same as traditional
business. Keeping a handle on compliance becomes difficult when an operation is
“always on”. Hence the need for smart software that helps compliance and
surveillance collaborate by using work flow processes to hold departments
accountable when standard operating procedures are broken.
Motivation – The workplace is one of the most feedback-deprived places in
modern life and casinos need to be especially aware of this. Lack of feedback in
casinos results in policies and procedures not being strictly followed, which leaves

Card Tracking
Casino cards need to be strictly regulated. Our Electronic Card Control
module provides the necessary tools to regulate the movement of cards
within a casino by making sure that the following information is
consistently and accurately recorded:

• The graph below indicated 38 Jackpot verifications but immediately shows
that 13 (almost 40%) came from Bank 60203.
• CHEETEYE reports are well organized and easy to read. In the case below, the
corresponding graph was able to immediately alert the manager that of the 38
jackpot verifications, 13, (almost 40%) came from one bank. An investigation
was done which proved to be a good thing! After just two months of using
CHEETEYE, managers were empowered to be proactive rather than reactive.
