Challenge: ICICI Bank had merged with ICICI to form the second largest bank in the country. It had recruited and acquired a large number of non banking and non sales people. There was a need to upgrade those individuals skills and knowledge. Solution: Because of the large numbers of trainees and IT enabled nature of the bank, ICICI went the elearning route. Hence sales simulations, product and process knowledge was given to the employees on their desktops. The usage and skill level increased very quickly.
