American Male. He Arrived to the ER, with complaint of, Weight Loss, skin rashes, headache, fatigue, weakness, nausea that started Last 3 months, chronic diarrhea and Shortness of breath.

X ray chest : Multiple Nodule to Bilateral Lungs Blood culture: Positive Herpes simples virus & Retrovirus Sputum culture : Fungal Pneumonia- organism Candida species and Aspergillus species
