Client’s OverviewA 4-year-old boy with a several-years history of left sided
hemiparesis along with behavioral disorder (hyper activity) presented to the hospital with worsening hemiparesis and unsteadiness. Neurologic exam was positive for a mild left hemiparesis. Contrast computed tomography revealed an incomplete development of the right hemisphere on the brain and a periventricular hypodense lesion .
Patient’s father refused to hospitalize his child as his chil’s hyperactivity might cause the chaos during the process of hospitalization. The patient was suffering from severe seizures when he was 40 days, also suffering from 3 days comma. Meningitis was also discovered as the patient’s former history. 5 hours seizures occurred when he was 2,5 years old and claimed as the severest seizure.
